What's the point of a mobile order if we have to go approve it in store and wait for it to be prepared when yall take too long? You're in backbay where the parking situation is beyond limited and on top of that you have a sign that says double parking isn't allowed but make ppl wait too long for their order. I made a mobile order before getting there knowing there won't be parking so I was expecting my order to be ready for pick up so I can just grab it and leave... to top it off the employees were rude except for the one at the door when I was leaving!

We came in with a group of 14 in a rush to catch a train. We ordered so much food when it was super crowded. Adeline, the employee taking our order was so patient and helpful. She should get employee of the month. It was a very stressful situation and Adeline’s hospitality made it easy. Thanks!!!!

I must say—the staff at this location work so hard and are so lovely. It’s constantly packed and the workers still often take time to give out samples or coupon cards. Thanks to the lovely staff!

First time ever having Chic-fil-A and it definitely stood up to its great reputation. The food was great and the service was wonderful. Luany was kind, helpful, and efficient in aiding us with choosing menu items. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the fries were fresh.Loud college kids screaming/loitering upstairs but other than that it was a great quick stop for food.

Khadija is an absolute rockstar! We stopped in to use the restroom and she showed us exactly where it was. On the way, she was pushing in chairs, warning us about slippery floors where they had mopped, and she was smiling the entire time. When I stepped out of the restroom, she was diligently cleaning, and on our way out of the restaurant, she offered us a free sample of a cookie (which was great, by the way). She was welcoming, friendly and unbelievably hardworking!

Chick-fil-A is too expensive, and you only get a small serving of food. The atmosphere was chaotic. It was overcrowded. My daughter and I expressions that we use for this experience was, what is this? We both were very disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant!
This take out only place is crazy busy. Somehow they have found a way to make it work. Friendly staff take your order while you are in line so that when you get to the counter your good is ready.The food is Chick-fil-A exactly as you expect it to be.

Reason for my poor review is lack of knowledgeable service. I had to eat a dry salad during break because of the girl taking my order. I SPECIFIED the guacamole sauce for the salad and she said it comes with it. Get back to eat it at the job and there's no sauce. Now I don't have time to go back and have to eat a dry salad very disappointed! Train better.
