Superb food and service. Love the special birthday treatment and the food was spectacular. Friendly service as well. Favorites were the squid ink fusilli, duck prepared three ways, carrot salad and baked Alaska. Thank you chickadee staff FOH and BOH <3
Great place, tucked away in the edge of Seaport. Thanks in particular to Max for making my wife and I feel very welcome, and the very thoughtful card 🤩
This place never disappoints me.
Year after year of visiting.
One of my favorite gems in Boston.
Matt and Annette were a gem.
Such a lovely spot! We went for brunch and the food was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make a birthday surprise extra special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We’d definitely come back again!
Food was good and service was good. If you like small plates this is a good option
Great as usual. Hen of the woods, duck two ways and lamb sale were exquisite.
I wasn't very impressed with the food. The mezze was the best dish, but the squid ink pasta was too salty. I had to send back the trout dip because I wasn't sure what was going on with it. I felt disappointed because I was there to celebrate a special day, and they didn’t make my loved one feel special at all. It was puzzling that they asked if there was a special occasion to be celebrated but didn’t do anything to acknowledge it.
Amazing dinner! We got the harissa hummus, pimento feta, tuna two ways, beet salad, and the scallops. Everything was delicious!
We ate at Chickadee in January of 2025, and it was amazing!! We ordered the smoked sea trout dip, lobster campanelle, squash tart, Atlantic halibut, and Rohan duck three ways. The portions were VERY generous and the food was delicious!! We especially loved the sea trout dip, squash tart, and Rohan duck (especially the crispy rice!) The service was amazing, and we loved our experience here! I definitely recommend booking a reservation on their website!
Best dining experience in Boston.
Cocktails were amazing.
Every dish was spectacular, black ink fusilli was out of this world.
Special thanks to Ashton, you made this dining so memorable!

Really good apps and entrees, which is often rare for Boston. Loved the cold carrot salad and duck three ways.
Quite possibly one of our favorite restaurants in Boston. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
The chef makes magic happen with mixing flavors and ingredients that you may not expect, but leave you wanting more.
We started with their mezzo dips, served with warm homemade pitas. Each were so unique and flavorful, my favorite was the beet tzatziki, topped with fresh dill, so good!
We then had my favorite fried chicken ever, their Crispy Fried Chicken. It was seasoned exceptionally, and had a flavorful contrasting, delightful cream sauce, I wanted more, but we still had our entrees coming.
Between the 3 of us, we ordered the Farro Risotto, Black Truffle Mafaldine & the Handmade Ricotta Gnudi. We each sampled each other’s plates and couldn’t decide which was the best dish (they were all delish).
We have yet to save room for dessert, but maybe next visit.
A short ride from Logan Airport, it’s the perfect place to dine before or after a flight. No need to pay for parking, or to try and find a parking spot is a bonus! We will be back!
The service was amazing, think about the sharing not to have individual meals, very nice model.
Food is fine
I had an incredible dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing, with flavors that truly stood out. Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared and exceeded our expectations. Our server was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The overall atmosphere added to the experience, making it a night to remember. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!
