“This was a superb chicken sandwich. I got mine hot, which was very good spice level, heat, but not crazy. The Cajun fries, fried pickles, and kale slaw were all very good sides. If you like cole slaw, do try the kale slaw. The portions of everything were robust. My only complaint would be how full I was after eating all that delicious food.“

“This restaurant needs to learn how to get orders right. This is the second time I’ve ordered through Ubereats or DoorDash and I didn’t get my drink. They didn’t even give me utensils or napkins like I specified. Who do you even have working there??? Get it together. It’s not that hard!!
EDIT: Thanks for making things right. I will change my review to 5 stars“

“Dave's Hot Chicken is a fantastic spot for juicy, flavorful chicken. The ability to customize the heat level is a great touch. Their Dave's Sauce is a perfect complement, especially when dipped with fries or chicken. The Boston-inspired graffiti decor adds a cool, unique vibe to the restaurant. While the food is delicious, it's on the pricier side.“

“Al's is an institution you simply must go to. Amazing sandwiches and portions for great prices. If you work downtown and haven't been here for lunch, you've made a terrible error.
If you're a hungry tourist looking for lunch, skip quincy market and come get a taste of Boston's authentic sandwich scene. You may even run into the Al, the national treasure himself.
Just a warning, it's potentially the most chaotic restaurant in Boston and if you are going for the first time.... good luck.“

“I invite the wonderful visitors of Boston to enjoy the dining experience in the restaurant. The meals are delicious and the place is warm, beautiful and family-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator, and it is preferable for people in wheelchairs“

“Food was great as always. I’m a huge fan of this franchise. I wish this location had marked the individual boxes with each flavor. We ordered a lot of chicken, and everything was there, it was just difficult to differentiate between each of the flavors.“

“As usual - - - GOOD FOOD, FAST SERVICE, CLEAN RESTAURANT, FRIENDLY STAFF.
Limited, simple menu fits well with all the college students and workers who eat there.
It is now my GO-TO place.
Where ELSE in Boston can you get SWEET TEA.“

Kid-friendliness: Fairly kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible; The front door is street level, but there are steps leading to the dining area.“

“This place is excellent! How lucky am I to work so close to this shipping container. The bread is always so fresh and the sandwiches are scooby doo and shaggy sized large. I really wish they would come up with a rewards or point system for employees at the design center who come here almost daily. It’s for sure burning a hole in my pocket and I know that’s 100% my problem but a free sandwich after say maybe 10 purchased sandwiches would make a lot of sense in my opinion.“

“BEST KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN IN BOSTON! I was a Bonchon person for years, and switched over to BBQ Chicken once I tried them. Unlike other places, they use dark meat instead of white meat, so it comes out juicyyyy and tender every time. Their honey garlic and soy garlic has a slight kick to it, but it’s delicious. Cool down with some pickled daikon radish and cole slaw for the ultimate combo. Oh, and don’t sleep on their bulgogi fries – it’s a sort of poutine, with tater tots, cheese, beef bulgogi, onions, and kimchi topped with a fried egg. INCREDIBLE!“

“Edited 10/30/24
The new manager Victor was nice and did compensate the same thing I ordered. I appreciate the hospitality! I prefer thinner soup, but the food was good- satisfied my crave for Asian and hot noodle soup!
I ordered the combo of fried chicken and noodle, paid full price for it but they only gave me the noodle. I asked them where my chicken is and they asked me to pay an extra $7 for a very small portion of it. Very overpriced and the food is not that amazing either.“
