This restaurant has become my fiancée and I’s happy place since we moved to Boston a few months ago. The staff is always kind, the food is delicious (I cannot recommend the wonton soup enough) and the atmosphere feels comfortable in a way I’ve struggled to find here. If you’re looking for a well-priced meal out, please stop by China Gourmet!

Every aspect of this blows my previous experience with Chinese food out of the water , went here twice with my girlfriend and we got the lunch special which let's you pick 3 dishes for 33 dollars, and comes with free rice refill. All 6 dishes were amazing, I especially recommend the szechuan eggplant. Yay.

This place is delicious! We've lived in Chinatown for over a year and this is by far our favorite in the area. Sam is great and provides the best service.

I’ve walked by this spot way too many times but cannot believe I never tried it. Today, my friends wanted to go and I’m glad we did.
I absolutely love the conch rice noodles, it was so thin and fun. The texture was different from other rice noodles. I also love their special wonton soup. They look different from the normal Cantonese wontons, it was smaller but it was good. The soup was umami. The fresh fish in tomato was absolutely breathtaking!
If you’re in town and want something other than Cantonese food, try them out. They specialize in Szechuan, Xiang and Min cuisines.
The super friendly waiter, Sam was the highlight of the meal. He checked to see how we liked each dish. That’s customer service!

I took note of this place from an "Eat Your Way Through Chinatown"-type of article. The recommended dishes in said article were the fried chicken with chilis and the Pig's feet soup. Of the two dishes I tried the Golden Pig's Trotter dish, as I like to try weird stuff. It was a little intimidating to eat, but it was really good, and you got a large portion for a reasonable price. I would order it again, and I plan to go back to try the chicken dish sometime.

We go here on every trip to Boston. The most authentic Fujian food I’ve had in the US, and friendly staff. I especially recommend their lamb lung with peppers and the crispy cucumber. This place might not stand out in appearance but the food is top notch.

There was a lady at the front desk who had a very bad service attitude. This kind of service attitude in Boston will cause it to go out of business sooner or later.
