If I could give this place zero stars I would. These people are soo rude and disrespectful. The only time the service is good is when the Spanish lady is there. I was told my food would take 45-1 hour. It took 3 hours on top of me calling twice to check the status. I called the last time and was told my number is showing different on the caller id when I’ve always called and ordered and never had this problem. These people are just money hungry and don’t care how they treat you. No professionalism whatsoever so ever. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The flavor was great, the service was prompt. But I ordered orange chicken and received orange breading. Not a sliver of chicken at all. This place is great is your a vegetarian, if you actually want meat go anywhere else. I should get a refund but that won’t happen so here we are

Best shrimp salt pepper and beef teriyaki in the city
Place was dirty, cold very cold, the fishwater tank was really dirty and green, the food oh my lord the food, the chicken tasted like pidgeon meat, the orange chicken tasted very hard and it had no taste, the rice was bad, it made people cough, bugs flying everywhere near us, the kitchen looked very bad, the yelling made me uncomfortable, waited 30 minutes for my food, no music no good atmosphere, they also added a $11 tip without my consent that they also didn’t deserve, the only thing that was good was the fries and the beef teriyaki 3/10 wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna somewhere to get yourself sick.

My brother’s family came over from New York to celebrate Father’s Day with dad and my family. So we order some Chinese takeout, foods are delicious, fresh and still warm when I got the delivery. Most importantly my dad likes the food, and the whole family are satisfied.
