Very unclean assembly line. An incredibly sweaty man was on the cheese and lettuce station and kept wiping his sweaty forehead with his gloves and touching the the cheese and lettuce.

How disgusting, those employees, I just went and in the line a mess of all the lettuce thrown away, they throw your food in the bowl as if you were going to eat in a prison, no delicacy, that leaves a lot to say about the employees, all sweaty, uuyy, horrible... ??

I’m not one to write reviews, but this one I just have to. Literally the worst chipotle I’ve EVER been to. It’s a total mess inside and incredibly disorganized. No one seems to know what they’re doing or read a simple order. I showed up to pick up my mobile order and I could CLEARLY see it on the shelf. It wasn’t where it’s supposed to be on the mobile order shelf, it was in the kitchen behind the counter. The female server asked me for the name, I gave it to her, she barely glanced and the names and said she couldn’t find them then carried on like I wasn’t there. When I told her I could literally see my order she put a hand in my face and said: “not now, I’m fixing something.” Two other workers weren’t even doing anything. One seemed to be in training, but was getting scolded by this same rude female. Finally a little older man asked me what my order was, I told him and he picked it up off the shelf for me. Despicable service—especially for the tan short woman with a bun. She was also yelling at the kitchen in English and Spanish. The lack of professionalism is off the charts.

They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times and also have a great habit of cancelling my orders 30 min into the prep phase leaving me scrambling to get other food for the office. Won’t be ordering here again.
