How disgusting, those employees, I just went and in the line a mess of all the lettuce thrown away, they throw your food in the bowl as if you were going to eat in a prison, no delicacy, that leaves a lot to say about the employees, all sweaty, uuyy, horrible... ??

I’m not one to write reviews, but this one I just have to. Literally the worst chipotle I’ve EVER been to. It’s a total mess inside and incredibly disorganized. No one seems to know what they’re doing or read a simple order. I showed up to pick up my mobile order and I could CLEARLY see it on the shelf. It wasn’t where it’s supposed to be on the mobile order shelf, it was in the kitchen behind the counter. The female server asked me for the name, I gave it to her, she barely glanced and the names and said she couldn’t find them then carried on like I wasn’t there. When I told her I could literally see my order she put a hand in my face and said: “not now, I’m fixing something.” Two other workers weren’t even doing anything. One seemed to be in training, but was getting scolded by this same rude female. Finally a little older man asked me what my order was, I told him and he picked it up off the shelf for me. Despicable service—especially for the tan short woman with a bun. She was also yelling at the kitchen in English and Spanish. The lack of professionalism is off the charts.

They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times and also have a great habit of cancelling my orders 30 min into the prep phase leaving me scrambling to get other food for the office. Won’t be ordering here again.
Oh my god this place gave me the biggest, heaviest, most delicious, dripping chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Whoever that lady was in the back making the mobile order, bless her soul. I must return back as soon as I possibly can because wow was that bowl worth my $10. That could’ve lasted me a week, but it was so delectable it was gone by the end of the hour. That lady did me so well. I was so full afterwards I couldn’t walk for a good few hours. But this place will give u a bang for your buck. Go to this chipotle!

Music SOOO LOUD!!! It’s like sitting in a night club. I work in the area, I stop by frequently, but this is one of the worst chipotle locations. Staff are not the most service oriented, but the most annoying thing here is the loud music. I can’t sit here and take a work phone call if that comes up, I always have to step outside to take a couple minutes call. The food is the same as other locations, consistent, and that’s what I like about the brand.

I work in the restaurant industry and the customer service here is horrendous. I know better than most a Sunday night is not the preferred shift, but at the very least don’t put that on the customer. The woman behind the line made a mistake and made that my problem, sorry attitude and rude checkout process. It was an understandable mistake which I was fine with, but majority of the time I’m here I'm met with the same terrible attitudes and rude behavior, like I’m burdening them placing an order.

It's truly a race to the bottom at Chipotle and this location in particular is leading the pack. The food quality and standards have dropped considerably, which has been well documented nationally. Those shortcomings, however, are seriously rivaled by the incredibly low quality of personnel employed. No competency on display whatsoever. Our last 3 orders spanning 6 or so weeks (2 delivery and 1 dine-in) had irreconcilable flaws that basically left multiple people in our party in each instance without further options other than ordering from another restaurant altogether by the time the food arrived.
I hate leaving negative reviews and you can see I rarely do it, especially when I can sense that real effort is being made to do things well. But, if you walk into this store it will take you all of about 5 minutes to see exactly why the rating for this location in particular, especially recently, is so poor.
