When will you be reopening?
Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve seen staff yell at customers multiple times and the most recent time I was given the wrong order and they refused to help. Reported it on their website and they didn’t respond for six days despite multiple follow ups. There are much better options in the area, try El Jefe’s if you need fast casual Mexican and want to be treated with respect.
Edit: as you can see from their comment below, they do not read reviews. If they had read the review they would have realized I’d gone on their website already. Their online support is awful.

Dangerously loud music being played by employees. Not exaggerating. Had to scream to be heard by my boyfriend. I have been to clubs with less loud music. Public health hazard.
Asked one employee politely to turn it down and she got angry at me. Once she did, a different employee started playing music even louder. All the bars in the area genuinely are quieter.

RUDE. I ordered my meal which was a quesadilla and some sides, but when I got it there was no quesadilla at all??? I went up to the staff about it and they gave me attitude and were like “oh yeah it’s coming…” and I’m like wait what?! Why did I already pay and get handed a bag with “have a good day” when the main part of my order isn’t even in there??? So yeah, they had an attitude for no reason. Then I noticed the meal was listed as around 4 dollars on the menu, but I got charged 6 dollars for a totally different meal (I know it’s not a huge difference, but still). When I asked about it, the employee just said they didn’t know??? I didn’t want to make a scene since it was really busy, but overall it was just a super weird and frustrating experience.

Maybe the worst chipotle I’ve been to. The only good part was the one girl who waited on us was sort of nice. Several people just laying in the windows hanging out, yelling back and forth to each other. I’m not sure if they were workers, delivery, or what.
No lids. Soda machine was out of carbonation. The whole self service area was dirty. No chips.

This place is infested with mice, never eat there, they run across the floors and chipotle couldn’t care less

I swear this one location they give you less portion then the others went in the other day for a burrito burrito did not have as much it did when I went to the one on boylston street kinda a bummer
The food quality of this Chipotle is far worse than any I’ve been to. The meat was too salty, the rice mushy, and the toppings too cold.

We gave up on Chipotle because they’ve gone downhill and have further disappointed us as they are, most unfortunately part of the Freedom Trail tour because the building used to be a historic bookstore. I cannot believe they would desecrate this building by placing a badly run Chipotle here. We only stopped because we wanted to get a beverage and use the restroom. Didn’t think they could fail us on these two things but they even managed to botch this. As we were in line to order the drinks, I watched the gal grab some cheese and then use her same gloved hand go into the romaine lettuce. 🤮 We try to get lemonade but nothing but water comes out as they were out of lemonade. Tried to find some iced tea but they were out too. We get whatever they had. We then attempt to use the restrooms which are locked and so we enter the code at the bottom of receipt which doesn’t work. When I go back to ask one of the two women, who are busy conversing in Spanish, about the code not working, she looks at me begrudgingly like I have interrupted an important conversation, and gives me the right code. How about putting the right code on the receipt? Also, how about minding the beverage station? Chipotle just can’t get any worse. Oh and the bathrooms were trashed and dirty.
