Worst customer service i’ve ever had, first time coming here and the two girls serving me spoke far too quickly when i was ordering, then laughed about it with another member of staff, speaking in spanish thinking that I wouldn’t understand despite me being fluent in spanish, shame the food was good cause the staff here are extremely rude, completely put me off coming here again.

Pretty average compared to other chipotles. Food is always pretty good but sometimes portion sizes are lacking. If you go around lunch hours expect it to be busy.

My party and I ordered separately online and we didn't realize until later that they missed the guacamole (which we pay extra for) and corn in all of our online orders. They also originally forgot my friend's chips. The portion sizes are smaller than your typical chipotle and I would not recommend.

I used to love chipotle but I wont be back.

I always get a kids meal because the bowls were so filling(amazing though) and usually they give me 3 sides even though I get chicken with the kids quesedilla(which is what the app shows) but tonight they refused to give me a 3rd side. And the 2 sides they gave were almost nothing.

Not to mention the tortilla was super hard...

I wont be back. You lost me as a customer

Poor quality food. It just tastes bland and with no flavor. You see them cook it there, so I don’t understand how it is that they cut corners, but it’s not good.

Busy is an understatement, but this team isn't phased. Line nearly out the door but due to fantastic teamwork it was only a couple of minutes before I was giving my order. I was impressed.

To get to the counter you need go up some stairs. The inside was a bit warm and cramped. Place is better suited for takeout.
