Order a bowl though the app. And portion size is insanely small. I got extra chicken on the bowl, but it was even less than regular portion that i had back in Saco, Maine location. Don’t recommend to go there.

First time being to chipotle. The server was kind and helpful giving information about the food and kindly gave me a handle bag for my food when I asked. The wrapping of the burrito could've been a little better but the food was great with a good amount of spice and flavor, worth the money.

I often order a bowl of white rice . When I do I ask to fill the bowl . 3 scoops usually cost me 1,77 but not today . I was charged nearly 4 dollars and when I questioned it as I have the right to do .. the attitude comes out like staff is about to throw fists !! The woman is holding a guacamole cup trying to tell me that's for side rice . I couldn't even reasonably agree because of the obvious Language barrier .. all I want to say is this ... As a parent of five kids I've spent a small fortune at chipotle and I do not appreciate the flux in pricing and people pretending to be management when asked to speak to one . From here out I will bring my own rice to work instead of dealing with chipotle joining in on price gouging that effects the hardworking people . Not worth my time and effort to email into the abyss.. you should of responded with a phone number . Past reviews accuse your business of the same price changing .

I got a very large portion here compared to other Chipotles - I couldn’t even eat it all! Saved some for later. My favorite Chipotle!
I also left an important personal belonging here while on my way to South Station for travel and was able to come back after I returned to Boston three days later and the manager had safely stored it in their office. I am so appreciative for that!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This staff was unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. I had an issue with my order, and a male employee came out of nowhere, yelling in my face and telling me I was wrong. He even shamed me for thinking all my food could fit in one bag when the order slip said "1 bag." I’m appalled that the manager would allow a staff member to speak to a customer like this—let alone yell in my face. As I walked away, he continued to follow me, still yelling. When I asked to speak with a manager, the rest of the team joined in, yelling at me. Not one staff member helped me or made me feel safe. I felt completely unsafe with the entire team ganging up on me.
Food was ok. Service a little below average. Are here twice, once it was ok, 2nd time not great.
