This Chipotle DOES NOT scrimp. They are fast and efficient with bowl preparation and the overall process. One critique I can make was that the trash was overfilling. Overall, if you’re hungry for a BITE (and I emphasize this fully) of some (reasonably/awesomely portioned) bowl/burrito/whatever your heart desires, then I recommend this location.

Service is fast but be careful of the amount you are paying… since last 2 times they are charging me any amount on their own and not what is listed. So make sure you double check the amount you are paying before making payment specially for veggie bowl.

I would just skip this place during lunchtime. The staff will scream at you to have your payment ready. It’s dirty and the food was cold. Sorry we’re out of forks and spoons. All we have are knives.

Today I went in and asked for beef and instead got a bunch of fat. If it wasn’t for the very unprofessional and rude guy working frontline I would’ve never made this review! I simply just wanted the beef fat replaced with beef! But instead I got argued with and talk about loudly! When the staff thought I left the store but I was still there! The rude, unprofessional man working said I was blaming him when I was blaming nobody for the big glob of fat that I received in my bowl. I tried my hardest to eat the fat but it was so bad that I had to say something. I’m considering going further with this issue because I feel disrespected.

Love the place. My old warning is that the line moves insanely fast. I am still processing what I would like to eat but 2 blinks later, I am already at the end of the line. So decide what you want before you step in line! Also have the app ready so you don't hold others up.

For whatever reason, Chipotle outlets here in the downtown core don't offer quesadillas, which in my opinion are a key advantage of ordering online. Not only can you time your pickup perfectly, but the made-to-order quesadillas are better than all their offerings, which are composed of ingredients that have been sitting out there in vats for all to breathe on.Nevertheless, my pickup order for a generic Chipotle bowl was ready at the promised time. Sure wish it was a hot quesadilla instead of a lukewarm bowl.

I'll never understand why so many Chipotle locations don't have the best reviews, since it always seems like a fan favorite. I really like this location in particular, since it's very convenient and right near a bunch of office buildings downtown. It gets very busy here during weekday lunch hours, but otherwise it's not too bad. This is one of my go to spots if I'm too lazy to bring lunch to the office!

Had a Halloween promo - after an hour and a half of IT failures on Chipotle's part (didn't send verification code, kept getting try back later messages, "we're having a problem," sent verification code when it was already outdated to the point of being told I could not try back for 30 minutes, being told to sign in as a guest when the promo was for members only, opened a new account to try and get around it and that met the same (non) results as with my five year account t, etc) - gave up after 90 minutes of trying.
