Even though the customer service was good, I found big pieces of avocado and cheese that should’ve been smashed better, the avocado wasn’t ready yet, it was hard and had a not so pleasant flavor.

I've been here a few times, and it's definitely the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. The staff have an attitude, and the portions are a joke. When I asked if they could add a little more rice, the employee rolled their eyes and acted like I was asking for free gold. Definitely going to avoid this location in the future.

This chipotle is a hit-or-miss. The manager is really nice guy and recognizes his regulars, I really appreciate that. On the flip side, any time you come in after 6, it’s like night and day — out of white rice, employees getting mad at the guests, employee literally not even acknowledging guest. I regularly visit here but it could be better

I never do reviews but this location is the worst I love chipotle but the staff here is sooo rude and there’s an obvious language barrier bc my order is always messed up and they aren’t patient at all! I try to take my time to ensure they understand me bc I know it’s hard but I’m always met w an attitude and rushed and I never go during rush hour. The beef is never fresh and the portions are small. The other Boston locations are better and their scanners actually work. The female cashier (Dialantha according to my receipt is her name) is disgustingly rude everytime I go in there and I try and space out my visits. This lady visit she talked over me when I asked a question, caught and attitude with the workers on the line, then spilled all my suave in the bag bc she was so worked up. Yall need a new team asap bc it’s giving people hire friends and family and not kind workers. It’s also dirty in there as well. This seems to be a management flaw bc everyone else comments on how rude yall are.

Ordered an uber eats pickup for a salad with chicken and extra portion of brisket which I paid an extra $7 for. I got what couldn’t even be considered a salad with maybe 6 pieces of lettuce and what looked like a 1/2 a portion of everything. It was the smallest portion I have ever had on a chipotle order. Chipotle is known for being skimpy but this is another level. $17 for this is an absolute rip off. I will say chipotle stepped up and remade this order thankfully I was close by. This should never be how something goes out in the first place though.

Absolutely ridiculous that a 20$ bowl is half way full. You decreased the portions to absurd amounts but increased the prices. Definitely not getting chipotle anywhere again.

I love chipotle and have been a huge customer since I was probably 12 years old. I can’t begin to stress how awful this chipotle location is. They’re always out of something, tonight the main line is closed for no reason, online orders only and it’s taken my 1 bowl an hour to be made. This is just really unacceptable. On top of that, the staff is extremely unhelpful. Chipotle needs to do a lot better with this location.

Outside of this time, I’ve had normal and happy visits to this location.

This time though, the worker omitted lettuce and corn from my order due to lack of stock and tried to give me chips without informing me of the order change in an attempt to substitute. I can be understanding about these things but the customer service I received was not satisfactory. I had to attempt to ask for other forms of compensation before settling on a drink instead of chips. It was just disappointing how I had to pay 10 dollars for HALF my order (missing 2 items) when I also ordered EXTRA portions on numerous things. The bowl weighed like nothing.

I always take a bowl (plate) with chicken or steak, rice, beans and vegetables. Always tasty and healthy. Thank you. I love Cepotle. I recommend!
