Came in close to closing time 9:30, close at 10pm - so maybe it’s my fault. I was behind one other person as she was ordering and a lady was spraying down the counters. The other lady was assisting in making the burrito.

The lady with the spray bottle had already started moving some of the containers to spray but I couldn’t help but notice she was spraying directly on the counters which had some back spray that was going very close if not into some of the containers nearby with food.

As I was waiting she moved to other counter space but this time without moving the food. That’s when it was obvious that some of the soapy spray from the bottle was getting straight INTO the food I was about to order- so I left without ordering....

I’d advise in the future to maintain quality of the food maybe stick to cleaning after people are done ordering? Or perhaps spray into the cloth and then wipe.

As a family, we eat out at chipotle at least three times a week and we have high expectations which are usually met. However, during our recent recent visit to this location in Boston, there were several things we could not overlook. The dining area was completely destroyed. There was trash on every table. The floor was sticky. It was just not clean at all. Once we got our order. I went ahead and had to clean off the table in order for us to sit down and eat our food once I broke into my bag of chips, they were soggy and stuck together like they had not been cooked. My husband had the same problem with his bag of chips. Needless to say we would try a different location next time we are in Boston,

Food was fresh, and the line workers worked so beautifully in concert with one another, that when I asked a cashier for a tortilla, it seemed like nobody moved and yet a tortilla appeared in my bag. Food was fresh tasting!

Ordered a burrito on the Chipotle app. The burrito came half empty compared to what I usually get in the store. It’s a shame that the company is willing to take advantage of online orders. CAVA never does this.

The food was good, filled up the food well. Customers were normal, but the service was incredibly slow and rude. While we stood waiting for our order to be taken, four employees had a conversation without any of them taking initiative to take our order. They then said a sly comment that they were “busy here” when there were only one table of 3 boys in the entire store. We were also the only customers in line at this moment. During payment, I accidentally used the wrong card and the lady at the front aid in a rude tone “Declined” . She did not make any effort on her part to work with me and yelled saying she had more customers behind us. She did not refresh the payment screen so even once I had the right card, the transaction couldn’t go through despite us making it known to her that she needs to refresh the transaction screen.

The cashier (girl)was extremely rude. I was just trying to pick up my order but she spoke to me in a very impatient and disrespectful tone. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It honestly ruined my whole day.

Holy crap. The cashier seemed so miserable as she was throwing my food into the bag lol I guess I can't expect too much from minimum wage worker lmao. The tall white dude working was well mannered. Never felt so hostile ordering food

Walked in and were told online ordering only when food was in the counter. Employee then made himself food before making our food and sat down to eat. Bathroom also closed with no sign or notice. Rude staff and unpleasant experience other than food expected of Chipotle.
