Good value for money food. Burrito can be served in a pie or a plate (burrito bowl). The latter has a larger portion but no pie. Choose rice (can be mixed and matched), beans (can be mixed and matched), staple food, toppings and sauces in order. Ordering is intuitive and simple. The portion is quite large and very satisfying.I highly recommend the guacamole sauce. Although it costs extra, the portion is generous and the taste and flavor are excellent. I will never regret it.

The rice in my burrito was nearly raw, maybe half cooked being generous. The grains were still opaque and very crunchy. Had to throw the whole burrito away.

Most chaotic Chipotle I've seen yet. Placed a pick up order for 8:20. Showed up at 8:25 and it wasn't ready. After asking 2 crew members they finally answered the order would take another 10 minutes. Order comes out but there's no chips so either we get a refund or wait another 15 minutes for chips. Waited 15 minutes, they wouldn't let us get the partial order without chips until chips were ready so we ended up with soggy cold tacos. Also the guy sneezed while he was preparing an order ?.Oh and the contactless pickup orders had no names on them? So people had to peek in and try to figure out if it's there. Many other people waiting with super delayed orders and nothing coming out.

A typical Chipotle outlet, with a few pros and cons. Start with the pros: if you like their quesadillas, which can be custom-ordered for pickup only via their web site, then this is one inner Boston location that offers them. Downtown-area locations don't.The glaring cons: this is a super small venue, with a communal (and often occupied or crowded) table as you walk in, plus small seating nooks off to the side. It also faces west and is fully windowed onto the street, which means it gets sweltering hot on a summer afternoon. So it's best to get your quesadillas to go (or delivered) - unless you're really, really a fan of all the stuff that's been sitting out there in vats all day long.
Order from Uber eats packaging was terrible, the bag was ripped, my food was turned to the side so it leaked, rice was stuck together in really big chunks and after eating some immediately 45 minutes later I started feeling sick and immediately had to go to the bathroom never ordering here

I am very happy with my order at this location very clean and fast services I been to other chipotle location and didn’t like the services that was provided but in the 8 plaza chipotle is amazing even tho they were short staff, thank you for the crew members that work at night and put in the work to make it an amazing
