The staff are always incredibly unpleasant. Today they made my burrito, checked the guy in front of my out, and then just walked away while my food sat getting cold. Several staff passed by but none stopped to ring me up. Instead the general manager had a conversation in front of the cash register and completely ignored me.

Ordered Chips and Queso only for the chips to be soggy and soft and only receive a half full bowl of queso instead of the full amount I was charged. I've worked at Chipotle before and this is absolutely unacceptable and everyone working here should be embarrassed.

Busy Friday night and I was given unprofessional service. I asked the for a veggie bowl and at the end of the line there was no guac and then I asked for chicken saying I would pay for it, then the manager told the line server to not give me chicken. So I paid for a veggie bowl without guac. Never coming back to this location.

i really like chipotle and its the closest place to my school that i enjoy but this place SUCKS, it says they open at 10:45 and the website lets you order for 10:50 but they leave you out in the cold and wont open for anyone until 11!! even if you preorder! dont get soda in the morning either because half the time some of the stuff isnt even filled. no hate to the workers but i only have 20 minites for lunch and spending it at chipotle makes me angry 👎👎

This chipotle is AWFUL. I placed a pickup order and when I got home all that was in my bowl was rice and lettuce when I had ordered SO MANY other things. I’m writing this review out of hangryness. This will make me boycott Chipotle for at least two weeks. Do better.

I come here every so often if I crave tex-mex. Prices and food are good. Service could be better as the burrito is never wrapped very well (uneven spread of ingredients which differs with each bite. The food server and the cashier are often different and they usually do not communicate between each other forcing you to repeat your order which is annoying. Bonus points as their payment software does not ask for tip.
I work nearby so I come here often. Online it says they don't close until 11:00pm, I entered at 10:00 and they told me it's closed and kicked me out. I understand that workers want to go home and that's fine but maybe change your hours on google...

Nice employees , good tastes good. The employees definitely go a bit lower on the meat amount then other chipotle’s but everything else is good. Nice seating options with downstairs seats and a whole upstairs seating area.

I love Chipotle. And as Taylor Fritz told me, it is not a cheat meal. This location is very convenient if you’re staying in the area and the lovely people behind the counter are doing their best. It was pretty busy each time I went in there but they put my meal together quickly, and, I think, with a little bit of love. The guacamole and chips could definitely use more salt, but this is America so you can’t expect things to be properly salted.
