It doesn’t matter what time of day you come to this location, they are always out of food. I have come at noon and at 6pm, both peak meal times and they are out of fajita veggies and other items. It is very poorly managed and the employees don’t provide the service you find at other locations. There’s only 10-20 ingredients at Chipotle with a relative simple business model and they never get it right at this one. The tables and physical aspects of this location are also rather disgusting. Food and trash everywhere both downstairs and upstairs. I have also had times when the online ordering would take an hour after the promised pick up time at this location. Chipotle is a great brand and this location is a poor example of that.

They said it is closed even though doors were still open and there was still 30min to close hours. They were already busy for cleaning. So should we consider they close 30min earlier even though it says otherwise???

While there is seating, most people simply pick up or have meals from this location delivered. I order via the app and my experience has been good: The orders are ready when I arrive, are correct and the food is fresh and good.

Got here at 10 30 am and the staffs are not even ready to open the place yet and no one is answering my call or anything. Why you guys wrote open at 10 am then… such a bad experience.
Service is efficient and friendly when you order. Portions are on the bigger side compared to other locations, which I always appreciate. The store itself is really dirty and messy: trash piles up, food covers the tables and floors, and utensils are not replenished often enough. This may simply be a staffing issue, but the store needs to be maintained more sufficiently during the day.

Very delicious and spicy chicken burrito bowl. I mixed in Market Basket Cedar black bean salad provided by my roommate and superhost. The bottled lemonade was good, too.

They messed up my second order out of two tries and overcharged me. Food is delicious, but not getting what was ordered within a half hour of their scheduled completion time is too much trouble than a burrito is worth.Dietary restrictions: They messed up my order again. Doesn't seem like they have the capacity to care much about dietary restrictions.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. It's really just like any other Chipotle. The food is standard and the meat is cooked the same way it's cooked at all the other locations I've been to. If anything, I'd give this Chipotle extra points for the super convenient location and the ample seating.My only complaint is that the line gets super long during weekday lunch rushes, but I can't really hold that against them. If you come a bit earlier, the line really isn't that bad. This is one of my go to spots for something easy in the area!
