I am an avid chipotle eater. I eat it on a weekly basis, and have been to hundreds of different chipotle locations. This one is, without a doubt, the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I recently had to wait 15 minutes for someone to make my food because they were so backlogged with mobile orders, even though I was the only person in line. They are consistently understaffed, and the workers they do have are rude. I don’t think I have ever ordered a burrito from this location that didn’t fall apart immediately. If you are choosing between this Chipotle or another one of similar distance, choose the other one.

Their food always delicious and fresh. the only thing is their crews are not trained for long while unfortunately. But there’s a big difference now! The lady who taking my order is so kindly and generous! I having a really good amount of my rice bowl. Thank you for doing this and I hope she will stay and take care of all the others in the future. I saw a brand new spirit in the store. Well done!

TERRIBLE STAFF, LESS PORTION SIZES, UNHYGIENIC I noticed that the portions served at this branch were noticeably smaller compared to other Chipotle branches I frequent. This was disappointing. While preparing food, staff were speaking directly over the open ingredients.

These people are extremely INCREDIBLY rude. I’m serious, the night crew ladies are so disrespectful. I ordered a kids taco meal and they messed it up and made me seem like I was inconveniencing them because they had to remake it. Then not only that, just to be cruel and petty they charged me extra for every single side, even if it came with the meal. It was a weird power trip and they continuously gave me dirty looks and raised their voices at me. I am extremely displeased with the environment of this chipotle!!

They give only a little bit of food and never make the plate full , too stingy ,If you want to eat in Chipotle never think to come at this store

this place is terrible. they barely give you any of the toppings That you asked for. They’re very stingy and it’s To a point of just not wanting anyone to eat. This location is very dirty and Lacks a welcoming atmosphere. I would not recommend to anyone, especially if you’re very hungry because you will have to get charged extra if you want a normal portion.

This location is always such a mess. A while back, I went and ordered a sofritas bowl. Despite it being labeled as such and me reminding them of that, they charged me for a steak bowl instead. Rather than refunding me when I noted that, they gave me $1 from the cash register. It’s odd service like this that has me baffled versus any other Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. As others have mentioned, the workers are really rude and it’s usually filthy in here. Were this not right by my office, I’d never be back here.
