Ordered a veggie bowl when I picked it up it was made upside down, rice wasn’t fully cooked and they didn’t put any veggies on it. Disappointed!

I mean it’s chipotle but time and time again I am baffled by how this particular chipotle is run. Out of brown rice? Let’s pause the whole line. The brown rice guy is missing? No one jumps in to finish making the brown rice. Just stagnation. Next time the register is broken? Zero communication with customers. 20 minutes of waiting later “sorry no more food.” And we all get kicked out.

I want to give you guys a tip on how to save money at chipotle. I get all my hot food either on the tortilla or a bowl and put my toppings on the side in those clear cups with the lids. I did that multiple times at a different chipotle, locations and they did not have a problem with it, but when I came here, they were very rude and ignorant about putting my toppings on the side, then I proceeded to ask for extra and say that I will pay for it. They told me no also, I asked for a bag with handles and they also told me no and I’ve been to different chipotles and they have no problem doing these things so yeah

The service and quality at this branch is so poor that is does not deserve to be part of the Chipotle franchise. At busy times (6-7p) the staff is so overwhelmed that orders can take over an hour, or they omit many items from the order. This usually results in patrons just taking random orders off the pick-up rack in their frustration, worsening the confusion and wait times.

This is not a one time occurrence, it has been consistent over several years. I'm actually surprised that the franchise has allowed this to continue. The Comm Ave Chipotle is nearby and I've never had an issue there, and can be selected on seamless/grubhub
