By far the worst chipotle in boston and that speaks VOLUMES considering most chipotles are already not the best. Don’t bother ordering ahead because your order will come out wrong or you’ll have about a quarter of your bowl full. The employees are straight up rude, I stood waiting to checkout for a full 5 minutes yesterday while they ignored me. And like, I get it. Chipotle is definitely not a great place to work. But come ON please at least be decent. Anyways if you’re looking for a chipotle which provides decent service go to the one on Comm Ave.

do not come to this chipotle it sucks. the service is terrible, especially with mobile orders. got to restaurant at estimated pickup time then had to stand in line to even ask them to start making my order. i waited over an hour. when i finally did get my order it was missing three of the other items. i then had to get back in line to show them my receipt and ask them to make the rest of my order. staff is also quite rude unless you can get the attention of one of the select few nicer members. maybe try to order in the actual line if you must come to this location. avoid this chipotle location if you can. i wish i could give them no stars. edit: upon opening my burrito bowl, i have come to realize that they gave me the completely wrong order. sad day.

Bad costumer service I have a lot of items and I ask for a tray to carry the food she respond with a cold NO ! So how I’m supposed to bring my food ? At least said I’m sorry right now we out of trays … ? the place was soooo nasty the only person who was very sweet and kind was a Colombian lady with glasses other than that horrible experience ??
This location is extremely inconsistent with portions and is often closed without notice during regular business hours. They often post paper signs on the door about being closed or only open to mobile orders etc. Unfortunate that such a prime location is run poorly.

They never have ingredients/steak way before they close (6/7pm), staff is so rude except for a select few. Mobile ordering is never correct and has half the ingredients requested. For this picture I ordered double white rice, steak, and cheese - this is what came, carne asada and barely any rice.
