Food for thought. The food is great. Today it felt like I was rushed through on the ordering line. It's not even the staff's fault, it seems like they are incentives to try beat a certain time. We all humans, not robots. Can we please keep that in mind. If i want a lesser product I'll pay less and go elsewhere, otherwise please don't rush me and spoil the experience of eating at Chipotle

I suspect that the staff just rinsed the rice and served it as is. Not a single grain was cooked. Taking a bite felt like eating sand. It was terrible. I bought a bowl tonight and the white rice was the worst I’ve ever had. Next time, could your staff at least check if the rice is properly cooked?

Conveniently situated by the B line to Boston College. Students from BU grace this space a lot as it is on the central BU campus. It is spacious and the food is always tasty and fresh. I've never been disappointed for all the times I've been here.

Never will I order from this chipotle or recommend it. I ordered a chicken burrito with extra chicken, fajitas and lettuce. There was no extra chicken in sight. I received the most smallest burrito ever. I literally wasted my money at this establishment. They should be ashamed seriously. The food didn't taste fresh at all. I took 2 bites and trashed it. They do not give you good portion sizes at all and the chicken was chewy. So mad.

“I visited their establishment and, after eating, I politely asked to use the restroom. They refused. I explained that I simply needed to clean my mouth, but they still said no. I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and decided not to argue further. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I will not return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.”

I ordered Chipotle catering on their website for a work meeting. When I placed my order, I tipped generously to have my order delivered to our meeting room. Chipotle should have revealed on their website that Chipotle would not actually deliver my order. Chipotle used Door Dash to deliver my order. Door Dash picked up my order at 10:58AM and delivered it an hour and ten minutes later, even though we are a 5 minute car ride from Chipotle. Door Dash left the food in the wrong location, and after over an hour in transit, the food was not hot. Our meeting was almost over by the time the food was delivered. There is no way to reach an actual human at Chipotle to query or complain -- there is only AI by phone and chatbot; as a result, there is no customer service whatsoever. Zero stars for contracting with incompetent Door Dash and for nonexistent customer service.
I showed up 2 hours before closing and they told me NO CHICKEN. There was a guy cutting chicken in the back. Not only that they had no corn, they gave me a lettuce stem. They were super rude with their attitude and had to ask for more lettuce 4 times. I had to pay for a barbacoa bowl that just tasted bad because it was the scraps of barbacoa.

It’s pretty hit or miss here depending on the workers. This most recent time they were trying to put in salsas before I even told them what I wanted and they put in sour cream when I asked for shredded cheese.
Too busy talking to each other to care, maybe chipotle needs to pay more so they can convince good workers to stay.
