I stopped by after a long day and was really hungry, so I was pretty disappointed by how small the portions were. The person serving me seemed new, but the scoops were noticeably smaller than usual. Even the rice was about half of what I normally get. By the time the burrito was wrapped, it honestly looked more like a thin crepe than a typical burrito. I didn’t say anything in the moment because I didn’t want to come off as rude, but I figured I should mention it. Just hoping this helps with training and keeping portions consistent. I had to go back home and make some eggs to get full. Crazy.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY OR PICKUP! You MUST direct them to make it YOURSELF. This is BY FAR the most incompetent Chipotle I’ve ever been to—several times I’ve ordered pickup (where they make it without you there) and every single time the burrito is horrendously wrong. The portions are minuscule and, most importantly, always flat-out wrong. They won’t get the ingredients right, the proportions will be off, there will be almost no meat, or most likely all of the above. One time, I selected 7 ingredients and the burrito was only rice and sour cream… disgusting. How could they not think, “who would order just rice and sour cream?” Well, I didn’t!
Chipotle needs to deal with the staff at this one because sooooo many times I’ve picked up an egregiously incorrect and BAD burrito. This is the one by my house and every time I think, “they must be better by now” and every they’re not. Never going back again

Ordered a salad bowl through ubereats and upon inspection found a MOVING, ALIVE small spider in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting don’t order from here.

They are really bad regarding takeout food , they always miss items or combine cold with hot and package brake. Really bad store if you can find another chipotle store

Staff is inexperience, untrained and impolite. Management need to work hard. Food is good same like other Chipotle places but people are worse here.
No sense of missing items or refil in your own station. Instead asking customers to move ahead we dont have this..(3 of 7 items are missing in preparing a bowl)

Excellent Chipotle location. The line moves fast, and there’s lots of room for indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are also very friendly.

Food for thought. The food is great. Today it felt like I was rushed through on the ordering line. It's not even the staff's fault, it seems like they are incentives to try beat a certain time. We all humans, not robots. Can we please keep that in mind. If i want a lesser product I'll pay less and go elsewhere, otherwise please don't rush me and spoil the experience of eating at Chipotle

I suspect that the staff just rinsed the rice and served it as is. Not a single grain was cooked. Taking a bite felt like eating sand. It was terrible. I bought a bowl tonight and the white rice was the worst I’ve ever had. Next time, could your staff at least check if the rice is properly cooked?

Conveniently situated by the B line to Boston College. Students from BU grace this space a lot as it is on the central BU campus. It is spacious and the food is always tasty and fresh. I've never been disappointed for all the times I've been here.
