I had a terrible experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I ordered a chicken burrito through the app 40 minutes in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I was made to wait an additional 20 minutes, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, they gave me carnitas instead of chicken. H The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. No apology, no effort to fix it—just a terrible attitude. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

They dumped a ton of cheese on mine but not on my gf's. They put a ton of rice on both of ours. The quantity is off by these workers. Chips were good.
The guac looked rotten next to food that is fresh. Very unappetizing.

Never again. I hope you read Google reviews before ordering. After your ordering experience you will understand why this restaurant doesn't even deserve 0 stars. INCREDIBLY RUDE WORKERS, carelessly prepared orders, poor hygiene everywhere... I'm never going to Chipotle again.

Really bad Togo order. Missing several items and there’s just a hunk of meat I’m having to cut up myself.
Absolutely horrible. not a single table was clean. There was trash all over the floor, trash bins were packed to the top The protiens were ice cold and the workers were incredible rude. AND THE THING WAS THERE WAS LIKE 5 PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT. Employees in their phones chatting in the back while the restaurant is disgusting is telling of the kind of leadership you have here at this store. Never coming back. DO Better

Customer Service is horrible! They open at 10:45 am I walked in at 10:55am for some chips and avacado dip which was already made and they told me they weren’t open yet when I asked what time they open no one answered they just ignored my question and the other individual that came in after me.
