Horrible experience I ordered a bowl the girl had nasty attitude just now! Barely put any steak I was like fine extra then! She goes a head and tells me it was 21,59 I said cool I got a 20 cash and the rest I will pay with me card I tap my Apple Pay it goes through she claims it didn’t! The worst part experience and btw I’m someone how literally always give chances to ppl who works at restaurants bc I used to serve 5 years ago but to rob someone is crazy

I visited this Chipotle location today and ordered a burrito bowl, which was decent—fresh ingredients, well-prepared, and the usual Chipotle quality. However, my experience was overshadowed by a major inconvenience: the restroom was closed at 8:45 PM, despite the store being open until 11:00 PM. I urgently needed to use the restroom, and the early closure left me in a frustrating and uncomfortable situation, nearly causing an accident. The staff were unapologetic, which made it worse. While the food was fine, the prematurely locked restroom significantly detracted from my visit. I’d urge management to ensure facilities remain accessible during operating hours.

Usually, I grab my Chipotle bowl downtown, but since I live nearby, I figured I'd finally try this location. Big mistake.

I ordered my usual bowl, expecting the generous portions I get everywhere else. What I got was an absolute joke. Look at the picture I've attached. That's not a normal Chipotle bowl. It's barely half-filled. The ingredients were so sparse I could practically count the individual beans, and the chicken portion was laughably small.

I ate the entire thing in about 5 minutes and was still genuinely hungry. Let that sink in: I paid Chipotle prices for a bowl that left me needing to find more food immediately afterward just to feel full. I ended up spending more money at the deli down the street – defeating the entire purpose and value proposition of Chipotle.

This isn't about being a glutton; it's about getting what you pay for.

This location is either cutting corners to an extreme degree or has no clue how to assemble a bowl. Either way, I'm never wasting my time or money here again.

Very upsetting. I love chipotle. But the last few times I have asked for double meat I get 2 half scoops of chicken. The first time it happens I brushed it off but today it happened for the 3rd time this week and I am very upset at this location. And I asked for my receipt and the lady couldn’t give it to me. She was trying to fix the printer for a bit and she looked very confused.

DON'T ORDER. DON'T GO.

I pre-ordered to save time, but this experience was completely unacceptable. The clerk was rude and unprofessional. I could clearly see my order was ready, and I politely asked her to check—but she ignored me repeatedly and refused to even look at me. She kept helping other people and deliberately avoided responding to me.

Only after I expressed my frustration did she finally hand me my food, which had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. On top of that, I paid extra for guac and they didn’t include it.

This was a complete mess. Totally disappointing and a waste of my time.
