Makes Popeyes look like Chick-fil-A. Other than the place being filthy, staff are high and visibly under the influence. The guy taking orders wouldn’t serve me because “I didn’t look right”. He then started arguing with me that he knew I was an undercover cop. After telling him I just wanted a burrito, they then kicked everyone out and closed for the night. Never met employees so crazy.

This is my main chipotle and it’s usually okay but often the service is particularly poor. Staff makes no effort to be polite. Curt and rude-unhelpful and not willing to help input rewards despite being frequent customers. Was told to keep scanning rewards points and when it didn’t work and rewards were taken out of my account and I asked if she could help us out she just glared at us and shook her head repeatedly. In this whole interaction I don’t think she spoke one word to us except for “salad dressing is out.”

After finishing my burrito, I urgently needed to use the restroom. However, I was informed that the bathroom was already closed at 10:30 PM, despite the establishment being open until 11:00 PM.

went there on a weekday afternoon, staff was acting a little weird but the food was bomb! and the portion was big too! just order in person if you can, definitely worth it.

This place sucks they prioritize uber eats and grub hub which makes ordering online pointless if you wanted your food quick instead waiting 1-5 minutes is about 1/20 the wait time of mobile. The cashier was also very annoying unhelpful and had fresh attitude and rudely answered questions about when my food would arrive my food arrived 43 minutes after it was supposed to and even with the extra hour chipotle managed to mess up and not put guac or pico on my order if you want chipotle and don’t want delivery don’t use the app go In person.

My pickup is at 6:40pm. I waited here for 2 hours and still didn’t get anything. The staff told me initially that my order is in the work but all the sudden mine was disappeared. Not only that I couldn’t get a refund, the staff also doesn’t offer me a free bowl
