Every time I come here the service is 100%, the food is consistent and tastes great.

First of all my plate was $20, which was kind of steep for just a bowl. The Barbacoa meat Was burnt and dry. I couldn’t even eat it. It was disgusting. Will never return to this location

I used to eat at Chipotle, my favorite dish was always the chicken quesadillas. Nowadays they force you to use an application on your mobile phone to place an order for quesadillas, regardless of whether you have stood in line to wait for your turn for service. I'm not going to load my phone with stupid apps. There are other places that sell chicken quesadillas in Boston.

Not sure why online it’s says they close at 11pm when they close at 10 very misleading! Also another time they ran out of chicken rice corn and sour cream. Just embarrassing and update the hours. Don’t say you close at 11pm and have that on the door and online and then end up closing at 10

I am allergic to black beans and order chipotle often. Never an issue. Until I ordered from here. So. Many. Beans. And salsa that I didn’t order? Worst experience with chipotle yet.

Chipotle is my comfort meal but lately it feels I’m eating trash ! I eat two spoons and then the taste feels weird. Rice are undercooked ; there was steak in my veggie bowl. When they remade it ; turns out there was steak mixed in queso. Absolutely worst experience. They have ruined chipotle for me. I’m horrified
Food tasted fresh, portions were decent, and service was ok. Chipotle used to compete with Chick-fil-A for employee enthusiasm and atmosphere: regrettably that's no longer the case.

I’ve been to prob 100 chipotles. By far this is the best one: clean 10 of 10, new 10of 10. meat was tastier than in other places! Portions size is 8 out of 10!

Veg bowl, It’s a life saver for me, as a végétarien there aren’t many options everywhere but whenever I see Chipotle, I know I can easily find veg and healthy food. South bay you can find many brands, food and good coffee.
