I came in around 9:27 PM hoping to order a steak burrito bowl. The staff informed me that they only had chicken and some shredded beef left. I asked if more steak would be cooked since I was willing to wait for fresh meat, but I was told they were no longer cooking it.
Unfortunately, I have a food intolerance to chicken, so this left me without an option. Considering the restaurant doesn’t close until 11 PM and I arrived well over an hour before closing, this was disappointing and is poor customer service.

The most horrible store i never seen , rude. Impolite team and definitely you ll never get the portion of food you are charged for.The employees look at as an ennemy when u ask for more Rice .you ll be treated as anything except as a customer. Never go back there anymore

I went in on a Thursday night about an hour and a half before closing and they were packing everything up. They didn’t have any protein out except chicken, which was fine. I understand if they’re trying to close early. Then I asked for chips with my bowl and they said they didn’t have any more but I saw 6 or 7 bags of chips on the front shelf and in the prep area. :( kind of rude if you ask me.

My husband and I come here usually 2 times a week. Today the people working there 8/22/25 at 12:30pm were NOT the normal people. They all had a horrible attitude. I watched them give multiple people bad attitudes and roll eyes. They all need retraining
I asked for a kids quesedilla and the 1st lady handed me to the next. She asked what kind of meat and I told her chipotle honey chicken. She then put it in the compartment and not on the tortilla. So I said no I want a quesedilla. She rolled her eyes at me and I said well I already told you both that I wanted a quesedilla. The attitude was awful. Then the portions were wayyy smaller than normal! The chips were horrible! They didnt give me the kids cup I asked for with my kids meal! When I asked I got attitude. They didnt offer a receipt. Honestly i dont know ow if I'll go back after this unless it is made right
