Canceled my online order after waiting an hour for delivery! Went to the store stood in line for 30 minutes and was told after I ordered they don't have steak today! They were mad at me because I didn't want the bowl that they started! Even though they didn't have steak!

50min wait for a mobile order is just crazyyyy when that was the only available option. There were like 20 people crowded around the register shoving their phones in the workers faces to see if the order was ready. A mix of uber eats doordash and just customers who ordered mobile right there in the store. 2 guys making the food and packing it. A guy cleaning the kitchen. A girl taking her sweet time just to wipe some tables and sweeping the floor. She def was like "that is not my problem" to the commotion at the register. Probably understaffed? I hate mobile orders because they never add extra when i ask for extra anything whether it be rice or corn or fajitas. Yikes

You HAVE to use the app to oder some menu items. What an over the top ridiculous system. I haven't been to a Chipotle since they made all those people sick. Definitely won't be back now.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would!! Waited over 15 minutes to just pickup a mobile order (that was ready) because the morons working all had their headphones on and were in the back. Inspite of a HUGE line of dashers/customers waiting to pickup their orders…. The employees were lost in their own world. The orders were all completely messed up. Asked a bowl of just rice and beans…. Found sour cream, cheese, greens and corn salsa all part of it. The other two orders were messed up too. They need to supervise the group of idiots working today!

WHY DID I DO IT??? I hadn't had a salad from chipotle in years. Why I decided to get one at this location is beyond me. First, the black beans were overcooked and like a paste. Then the servers just throw the food in the bowl. The person adding the pico de gallo put a huge spoon full, including the juice on my salad. Which resulted in spillage on my car seat! That much! The don't care; it's just a job for most of them. But the manager should school them on service. And then the chips. I tasted before Ieft and they were not the freshest Although they said they were made 'this morning." I was there at noon. NEVER AGAIN!
