During my recent trip to Boston, I finally had the chance to dine at Ciao Roma, a restaurant I had admired on a previous visit but didn’t have time to experience. I’m so glad I made it a priority this time! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the restaurant’s beautiful ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed some fantastic photo-worthy cocktails that perfectly complemented my meal. The service was exceptional—attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ciao Roma. It’s one of those places that stays with you long after you’ve left, and I can’t wait for my next trip back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Boston!

We were very disappointed with our first experience dining in the North End at Ciao Roma. I made specific requests when I booked our reservation online and none of it was accommodated. If you weren’t able to make the accommodations we should have been told beforehand and we would have gone somewhere else. Otherwise what is the point of you asking if there are any special requests? Also, our waiter was unfriendly and inattentive. And to make matters worse we asked to bring our remaining food home and he only gave one of our meals, which we didn’t realize until we got home. That was very unfortunate since it was a costly meal. The one positive thing I have to say is that the food was incredible, but I never got to enjoy the rest of it. Very disappointing.

Such a cute fun place to go to with friends !!! Best PSL MARTINI !!! We waited for a half hour to sit when we had reservations but didn’t mind because the restaurant was so nice they gave us a free round of drinks on the house for waiting so long! This was such a nice gesture and we really appreciate it. It definitely was worth the wait bc I highly recommend the chicken parm with vodka sauce it’s so thin and crispy 10/10 and the pasta taste so fresh bc it it’s homemade pasta! Can’t wait to come back!

Went to celebrate my birthday and they made it special. A special menu with table confetti. My shrimp Scampi was delicious, and the service was spot on. My daughter really enjoyed the eggplant parm. I highly recommend it for date night!.

Had a great experience celebrating my anniversary with my fiance there! They even left a card for us and our menus said happy anniversary. So cute! The upstairs is a cool atmosphere and we enjoyed all the food. The espresso martinis are amazing!!

Our first time eating at Ciao Roma. After reading some of the reviews we weren't sure if it was a good choice. We were delighted with the fabulous food served. It came to our table hot and delicious. I had the lasagne and my husband had the pappardelle bolognese. We would go back again!

We were taking friends around Boston yesterday and had the dog with us. We needed a place to eat outside and we stumbled upon this place. There wasn’t much of a wait even though there were plenty of people there eating. It was a beautiful sunny day and it wasn’t too hot.

Our server was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was very attentive to us and our dog. She immediately brought him water when she brought ours. She checked on us several times and gladly packed the food for us that we had leftover.

The food was great. We ordered chicken parm, cavatelli, papardelle bolognese, and polpette. All of it was delicious and fresh. Our friends are from another state and can’t get a good authentic Italian food where they live. They were both amazed at how good the food was here and promised to come back on their next visit to New England.

The only complaint I had and it is a small one to be sure is that they didn’t seem to have enough umbrellas to cover all of the tables. As a result, two of us were sitting in the sun while we allowed the ladies to sit in the shade that was provided by the nearest umbrella. Other than that, this experience was great. I definitely recommend it on a cool fall day.

We had the perfect experience at Ciao Roma. We were originally told the wait would be over an hour, but we were sat after only 10 minutes.
The ambience sitting outside was amazing. We enjoyed all three courses of food plus wine. We never felt rushed to leave. The wait staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I love this place so much, we were celebrating a birthday and they put confetti and a birthday card from the restaurant on the table. The Hugo spritz was amazing. I got the butternut squash ravioli which was unreal, didn't get a picture of it. Espresso martini also amazing. Great ambiance, excellent service. Would come again!

Got a great seat upstairs. Music was great food was amazing but the bread given at the beginning of the meal with the oil was something from a grocery store. Would have been much better if it wasn't so spongy and more homemade. Ordered a 2015 half bottle of amarone from the menu and didn't realize till later we got a 2017. Yes there's a big difference taste and price wise if you were wondering. They compensated us $13 , better than nothing I guess. We ordered the ice cream then changed our minds to the canollis before the waitress left but we still got the ice cream instead...All in all a good night. The food was delicious and service was ok.

First time there and we were fortunate to dine outside on the patio. brunch was fabulous. Service was very efficient. Our meals were delicious, eggs Benny and mushroom omlet. Prices were inline with the area prices. Worth every penny!

You will love this place, you will feel like you are in Italy! The atmosphere is super cool because it is a terrace in the center of the busiest street in North End!

We went to Ciao Roma for a girls night and it was a beautiful time! Drinks, food, atmosphere, and service was 10/10 all around. Our waiter, David, was excellent and made sure we had an exceptional dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!
