Ricky and Silvi are the best duo working together! They made sure my family was treated SO nicely and it was the best night. They were so friendly and everything came out super quickly! The hostess Chloe was also a sweetheart. This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Boston and I highly recommend. The ambiance is also just amazing and cozy.

Oscar our server was outstanding!!! He couldn't have been more helpful with his suggestions and we all were over the moon with the quality of our food and the service! We will definitely come again next time we are in Boston!

Meh. Food was pretty good, service was adequate. Was seated next to the stairwell, so not ideal. Was a good meal, ice cream for birthday treat. Nothing spectacular.

Me fiancé and I love Ciao Roma! We come back for our anniversary often! Not to set an expectation, but they honored the “anniversary” mark on our reservation and put out confetti, a specially printed “anniversary” menu, and even gave us a glass of Prosecco each! So delicious, beautiful restaurant - I always recommend it to visiting friends.

Food was delicious. Service was great. Music a little loud but very cute place. We had lunch - lobster ravioli and my husband pappardelle with short ribs.

We have dined at Ciao Bella several times and it us one of our favorite North End restaurants. The outdoor square is a lovely place to dine on a summer evening.

Lovely to sit outdoors and food was top quality. Waiter was attentive and gave good wine recommendations too. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

We arrived early and asked to be seated outside since it was such a wonderful evening. They accommodated and everything was fantastic!

Some of the best pasta we have ever had!!! The whole restaurant is adorable and in north end which is stunning itself. Definitely check out Ciao Roma if you’re nearby!!

Great spot in the North End. We lucked out with nice weather and grabbed a table outside & no reservation needed on a Tuesday in mid-May.

Started with drinks, the prosciutto dip, and Parm salad. That salad seriously sticks with me….one of the best I’ve had.

Pasta was also great. I got the rigatoni with ragu and fresh ricotta on top. So good.

There are a lot of options in the North End, but this is one I’d definitely take friends to. Good vibes, good food, friendly staff.

Yummy & service was really good. Super small interior so expect either outdoor or indoor seating / be ready for whatever the weather is

Finished the Boston walking tour here and there are large windows overlooking the north square which give it a great atmosphere

The restaurant location was great, the service was fine but the food was rough.

We ordered the arancini and bruschetta for appetizers, both were average.

For our main courses we ordered the Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina and the Chicken Parm. The Gnocchi was way overcooked and mushy, it was terrible. The chicken parm was also was overcooked and charred/crispy all over.

I would not recommend eating here for the price. We spent $140 (that included tip) and I honestly would have rather had Olive Garden.

As per usual, Ciao Roma is THE best place to have a celebration. The food is wonderful, the service is incredible, and they do a beautiful job of decorating the table to make the celebration feel so special!
