This was one of the best meals my boyfriend and I have ever had. We visited Boston for the weekend, and this was definitely our favorite meal of the trip. The ambience was absolutely perfect for a date night warm and intimate as we were seated upstairs.
The food was incredible. The meatballs were amazing, the vodka chicken parm was to die for, and the olive oil cake paired with an espresso martini was the perfect way to end the meal, both were absolutely delicious.
We can’t wait to come back to Boston and return to Ciao Roma. Highly recommend! 10/10.

Saul was very attentive and a great waiter. He gave excellent recommendations and was very friendly. The vodka pasta and homemade ricotta was amazing, all pasta tasted very fresh. I would recommend to all visiting Boston . FANTASTICO CUCINA

Food and drinks were wonderful! Felt like it took a while for orders to be taken, but otherwise, we didn't feel rushed during our meal which made up for this delay. Loved the ambiance of the restaurant and perfect noise levels for catching up over dinner. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and good for a date night. Started with the bruschetta with ricotta - this was a must get! Got the chicken parm with vodka sauce and the seasonal special butternut squash raviolis. Both dishes came out a bit cold which was disappointing but overall enjoyed.

Truly a unique, special experience! My husband and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were blown away by the attention to detail and fantastic service we received. Not to mention, the food was excellent! Such a special experience we will never forget.

Tucked in the heart of picturesque North Square - very walkable from Hanover St. Friendly and welcoming staff, quaint bar and cocktail tables on 1st floor. Main dining upstairs in a beautifully decorated room. Delicious food and drinks and hospitable service. Will definitely return!

I loved the service at Ciao Roma, the staff was very attentive, the food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was great. Our table was ready ahead of time, so we didn't have to wait. I also liked that I made a reservation for my husband's birthday and they prepared our table with confetti decorations, a “Happy Birthday” menu, and a complimentary dessert. Everything was perfect, a wonderful and special night, thanks to their amazing service. We'll definitely be back!

Great atmosphere and delicious cocktails. The food fell very short. The bread was stale, the calamari was chewy and cold. They forced us to order 2 appetizers with our cocktails. I wanted to love this place, but for the high price point the food is a real miss.

We came here on a Sunday night and were excited to try the Sunday lasagna. Service started ok but after we got the appetizer (arancini which was delicious!!!) and caesar salad it took forever before we saw our waiter again to take our food order. Thirty minutes after ordering, Saul returns to ask what we ordered and to say they were out of lasagna now. I really thing our ticket was lost and then had to just order something he recommended which was just ok. Overall, pretty disappointing night and really slow and unattentive service.

Excellent from beginning to end. Love the character of the building. Service was terrific and we were not rushed, which is not always comment in north end. The home made pasta was terrific, and coked al dente the way it should be. Its current ranking of 4.1 is way too low. Try it out.

We’re on an adventure to find the best Italian spot in the North End, but this one didn’t live up to our expectations. For what we paid, I personally don’t think it was worth it. The Arancini appetizer saved the day, along with my partner’s Fusilli Alla Vodka, which was excellent.
I had high hopes for the Rigatoni & Sunday Ragu, but it fell short. The pasta wasn’t cooked al dente—it probably needed another 45 seconds. On the bright side, there was plenty of braised ribs, which were perfect. However, there was no sausage in the dish, and to compensate, they brought over a small sauce dish with a few pieces. The meatball was unevenly cooked—one half was tender and good, while the other was hard and overcooked.
Servers are really nice and outdoor seating made gave it the perfect atmosphere!
