The food, service and the location are worth a five star rating! Our server Marcela went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience. My parents visited Boston for the first time and they loved being in the North End specifically at Ciao Roma, we tried the prosciutto di Parma, the chicken Parmesan and the rigatoni & Sunday ragu 10/10! It definitely was a great Italian experience!
They helped us coordinate our family's participation in my daughter and her now fiancées proposal. They were kind enough to video it so we could watch it later. They are awesome! The food and service while we waited was second to none!
Arachini and meatballs were incredible!! Came for my birthday and they printed menus that said ‘Happy Birthday' and decorated the table with confetti!! So sweet! Can't wait to come back to try more food!
