This is a very good spot if you want to have a good sweet treat. The workers were very nice and funny

Let’s keep it 100. This doesn’t taste like the Cinnabons I’ve had before. Service was not all that and the Cinnabons tasted like some kindergarteners was making them for the 1st time. And that’s an insult. A waste all around. I good and won’t ever purchase from this location again. Gonna have to drive out 30-40 minutes for the real authentic taste.

The food was hard and definitely somewhat old.

I should have asked for a refund it was genuinely that dry and bad.

It was like sand and sugar.

Horrid first impression of Cinnabon.

The employees here are extremely inexperienced and rude. Especially since this is one of the only Cinnabon locations left in Massachusetts anymore and I drove my friend to this very inaccessible location so she could get the Cinnabon treats she'd been dying to get for her and her family. Spent around $80 (massively inflated prices). They refused to give another box for the treats she bought, he insisted on squishing everything into one small box..even when she offered to buy a second box he snapped at her and told her that in no way could she have another box! She asked to buy some extra icing on the side and again was refused even though she does this every time she goes to a Cinnabon and they happily assist her. He told her it was not allowed and for her to stop asking! We will NEVER return to this Cinnabon...it's disgusting how horribly Unprofessiinal and ignorant the 2 employees were last night at the South Station location!!

Never have I ever had service so bad that I needed to write a review about it. The staff is inattentive. Doesn’t pay attention to online orders coming out. Staff are always either on their phones or chatting with each other. And when you do get their attention, they treat you like you’re an inconvenience.

Standing at the cash register the girl did not acknowledge me as she ate cinnamon bread bites. She then spit it out into her hand and threw it away. A sign I should walk away and not buy from this place. Foul. Three of them sat there useless.

We found this little bakery at the busy train station and quite a few people were taking the time to buy sweet things. We did as well but we saved the sticky buns for the next morning and they were sticky.

Food wasn’t fresh and they had no forks for me to eat it anyways if it was. Service was just mediocre.

This place has a ways to go to replicate the Cinnabon expectation since it opened. I know it’s a new site so that’s to be expected too. My rolls ordered online came dry, with hardly much icing/frosting on top or at least in the quantity you’d probably expect for Cinnabon. Not the sugary overload you also look forward to. I’m Looking forward to improvements here in a site that’s pretty convenient to get to.

Maybe I got lucky, or maybe they've had time to work out the kinks since the recent opening. But I stopped by during the 9/19 Friday PM rush hour, and the classic roll I got was warm and fresh, tasting just like the ones I'd get from the Cambridge Side Galleria location years ago.

I don’t know if they were there for a while but I felt the Cinnabons were not fresh. I’m usually a big fan , but today it wasn’t the best batch
