I had two good drinks and played some pool. The bouncer grabbed my shoulder while I was at the bar and told me to leave. The guy next to me was drunk and he thought we were together. But he put his hands on me aggressively. If you’re a girl and want to be safe I wouldn’t recommend this bar.

Had a lovely night at the Clock—solid drinks, great people, and a shotski with hockey helmets (because safety first?). Also, no line at Friday at 11pm yet still filled with people (love). And the decor/atmosphere is just the vibe we were looking for.
They do kick you out promptly before 1 AM, I know rules are rules but damn. What’s a bit more shocking is thatAn 18-year-old somehow made it into the bar. If you’re gonna sneak in, maybe don’t tell every girl you’re 18, lil bro.

All in all, 10/10 vibes. Would definitely return.

I waited in line with my friends for about 30 minutes. All of my friends were let inside and I was the last person in line. They let about 10-15 people who were not waiting in line cut in front of me. When I was finally let inside the bouncer asked “if he could give me some advice.” He told me not to roll my eyes and sigh while waiting outside the bar. I found this to be extremely rude when he let 10 people who were not waiting cut in front of me. I will never be going to this bar again. The bar was nice but the staff was the rudest I have ever encountered.

exactly what southie needed!

The owner will reserve half the bar to take his weird alternative 14 year old friends in there. Got one drink and left as soon as possible I hope to never enter this weird establishment again. Bouncers are hot tho.

Sad to say, the new owner took the "neighborhood" out of "neighborhood bar". Obviously, they want to drive out the "locals" that have frequented this establishment for MANY years only to appeal to the younger crowd that come and go. They removed Keno, jukebox, BEERTAPS- only cans/ bottles- increased prices, doesn't open till 4pm. Also removed a bartender that has been there for over 2 decades when told he would have a job when they reopened. Shame on them. They did put in chandeliers and more tvs. The fake tin ceiling was nice but the best thing there was the very nice bartender. Isn't this elder abuse??‍♀️

Proper locals bar with a welcoming vibe for tourists. It’s cash only which is good to know in advance. Only downside was my pint of Coors was completely off - think the keg needed to be changed as it tasted vile but resolved that with a bottled beer quickly after.

Very clean and organized. Cash only though but there’s an ATM in the back. Pool table and darts in the back also.Seating is nice around the bar. There are high top tables and seats. Couch in the back by the pool table.Prices are reasonable. Definitely cheaper and drinks are a large amount for much cheaper than restaurants and regular bars.Definitely recommend this bar.

If you want to play a pool with your friend, you will not be able to do that, because a guy hold the table and being very mad on us because I wanted to play with my friend. So, if you don’t play pool often don’t go there, you will never play with your friend.
