The food was amazing- very tasty!! Portions are above average. The prices are slightly high, but not bad. And the server was very sweet & cordial. Highly recommended!!!Parking: Had to park at the Marshalls parking lot a block away due to no available street parking by the restaurant. However, the area is totally pedestrian-friendly.

Outstanding service ! Family owned, with years of experience in the restaurant industry. Their appetizer empanadas are amazing! I had steak, and it was on point. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu.

Home food feel. As other has mentioned, the portion that they give you is very generous. Service is excellent and attentive. I always get the fried fish (Trucha Marinera) with plantain/rice/salad. The sauce just hits the spot anytime during the seasons!

This is a hidden gem and deserves more attention. Freshly prepared, high quality Colombian comfort food with well-developed flavors and friendly staff. The dishes we had were very similar to their counterparts at El Penol, which is the local favorite for this type of cuisine. And it’s possibly better. I believe if patrons did a blind taste test, they would prefer Con Sabor on account of the cook on the rice and meat being slightly better. Chef here knows what their doing. All in all, I’m looking forward to coming back.

Really delicious traditional Colombian food. Everything was cooked perfectly and very fresh. Service is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Great value too.

We popped into this restaurant as it recently opened as a Colombian restaurant. We were there on a Friday night and were sat immediately. It is clean and well decorated, with a soccer game playing and quite a few booths. The waitress brought us menus, and showed me her phone where she had typed into Google translate that she didn't speak English. No worries! My husband and I don't speak Spanish but know enough to embarrass ourselves trying. Never let a language barrier get in between you and food!!My favorite Colombian restaurant in the neighborhood is El Peñol down on Bennington, so I decided to order my usual dish from them to compare -- the cazuela paisa. Perfectly seasoned beans, sausage, braised meat, chicharrón, corn, rice, an egg, avocado, plantains, and potato sticks -- I joke that this is a delicious and homey version of the KFC mashed potato bowl-- the ultimate comfort food. Make sure to ask for la salsa picante de la casa -- the thin, vinegary, spicy sauce brightens everything up perfectly! My husband got the sancocho de res, a delicious traditional soup which I forgot to take a picture of but definitely sampled. The broth was delicious, the meat, potatoes, and corn perfectly cooked. Also served with a side of rice, and a small Caesar (?) salad. There is a lot of great Latin American food in our neighborhood, and this is up there with the best. Is it as good as El Peñol? Honestly... maybe?? Almost? Except they have no liquor license, from what I could tell. Either way m, this will definitely be a place we will come back to!
