Terribly over priced and not very good food. The Kale salad had no Kale at all and no one seemed very bothered about it when we said. It was also drowned in so much vinegar that my eyes were watering! The steak was served with the smallest portion of fries I have ever seen and although it was ok, there was a total lack of chimichurri and it was extremely overpriced at $47. My husband had the Guinness cake for desert and he said it was alright, I had the creme brulee cheesecake which was still frozen in the middle and not very nice. We were tired and hungry and didn't want to make a fuss (even though we did mention the lack of kale.) My husband was also a bit annoyed at the miniscule size of the martini he had. They have a monopoly here which makes you feel as if they are taking advantage, if you can possibly go elsewhere then do, you will probably save money and have a better meal.

I stayed in the hotel for a conference; rhere were numerous people staying in the hotel for that reason. I ate in the restaurant the first night. It took about 10 mi uses before the server came to my table. She apologized for the wait and took my order. It took another 10 to get my dri k. The burger was hot and fresh and tasted good. The parm fries were good too. I made a to-go order 2 days later that was good. I went again to dine in tonight on a Tueaday when they were busy but not slammed. They seemed to have plenty of staff. I could see that another patron in what appeared to be the same section was clearly unhappy and had flagged down a food runner to get the drink he ordered. That should've been my first clue. My server passed by my table after about 7-8 minutes and said she'd be back to take my order. I started Googling delivery restaurant options. I didn't see my server again before I got up and left after another 6-7 minutes of sitting there. Hilton can do better. This was the only restaurant in the hotel and it's connected to Boston Logan Airport. I ended up ordering Domino's pizza.

I get that the hotel workers strike is making everything challenging. My wait person took my order, then clarified my order and then brought me no drink. The busser noticed that I had no drink (waited 15 minutes) and brought me a glass of water. The food runner promptly followed up on my request for a bill since the server was MIA.
The food - potatoes in the clam chowder were crunchy and I experienced a pocket of flour that hadn’t been whisked in. I had the special pizza and it was almost inedible. I ate part of one piece, super salty and I don’t know why it tasted like cheese was not cooked or maybe the crust was mushy. And, the prices were ridiculous. After a long day of travel, I just wanted a tasty nibble. Disappointing!

We had dinner here and had the worst service I’ve ever had. The waiter did not care. I asked how big a pizza is, approximately, and he couldn’t tell me or even show me with his hands. Everything I ordered went to my husband and vice versa. I ordered a panini which comes with fries and it arrived without fries. When I asked for them he said ok, but did not bring them. When we called him over after I was done with the panini and I asked for the fries he asked if I wanted dessert and I said no, I want the fries. Then he proceeded to stand there and I had to ask him to hurry up and bring the rest of my dinner.
The panini was burned and fairly small for the price. I found the prices to be really high. I was not impressed or happy with any of the experience and would not go back.

Ate at the restaurant twice before with solid but overpriced food. This time, we opted for take-out at the bar because the wait was over 45 minutes (the only restaurant within walking distance) and we had an early morning flight. Host was very confused about how to order take-out (go to the bar and order). Fish sandwich was excellent. I have had their beer battered fish and chips before which was very good. Good and crispy with solid French fries. Burger was just ok and overcooked. Prices are too high for what it is.
