Just about perfect, I think. The people who work there are as nice as can be. I don't think I've had a better breakfast. Whoever does the fruit deserves an Oscar or the equivalent for fruits.

Everything was amazing, but especially the service we received from Artemis & Hasler. They were both so friendly and attentive and they made sure we had everything we needed to make our experience great. The food was also delicious and arrived promptly with beautiful presentation. The drinks were refreshing and unique. The atmosphere was bright and colorful and classy, with a beautiful view of Boston skyline. But the staff is what really made our visit spectacular and memorable. This was our first time at Contessa and we will definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family.

We had dinner at the bar side. It was very noisy. They put us in a high table which it was not our choice. Food is just ok. We ordered fish. The taste of garlic suppresses the taste of the fish. The front side (left after the lift) seems better, the windows are open and better ambiance.

You get what you pay for. Very pricey but as expected everything was top notch. Make your reservations a month out.

Stunning atmosphere. Beautiful people. Outstanding food and service.
A few friends and I came here on a Wednesday evening for a birthday celebration, the place was packed! We ordered cocktails which were strong and delicious.
For an app we got the calamari, it was delicious!
We decided to order a few entrees to share, and got the lamb, Spicy Lobster Capellini and the Squash Carpaccio. 5 stars across the board!
Whether you are going here for a celebration, or just in the mood to have an amazing time with loved ones, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. We can't wait to go back!

I would recommend the squash carpaccio, spicy lobster capellini, and crema di boston! Would go back for those 3 things :)
On the other hand, the whipped ricotta was a bit too salty for me and the classic veal milanese was eh
Contessa is such a vibe! I love the space, the decor, and the view. The service is great as well, and the food is delicious!
The cocktails are super yummy — my fave espresso martini is from here! And the squash carpaccio is a must.

What. An. Amazing. Experience.!!
We went here for brunch during my sister's bachelorette. We were blown away by the hospitality from the staff at Contessa's. Our waiter, Juan, was out of this world. He was absolutely fabulous. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The restaurant was wonderful. From the entrance, you get a charming old Italian vibe, and the interior is both unique and cozy with a great view that really adds to the experience.
Our dinner was excellent everything from the prosciutto and burrata appetizers to the mains and dessert was absolutely delicious. The food was prepared perfectly and full of flavor.
Service was professional, fast, and attentive. The only thing I didn’t love was that when I ordered a bottle of wine, they presented it, then took it away to open, and only brought it back already opened before pouring. Not a huge issue, but I would’ve preferred the bottle opened at the table.
Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend this spot for a great dinner in Boston!

Whether it’s for after work cocktails, a birthday brunch, or a business dinner, Contessa doesn’t miss: Panettone French Toast, Carbonara Scramble, Rosemary Potatoes, Meatballs Aldo, burrata, pasta, steak, fish, you name it… And of course, that view of the Boston skyline. Bellissimo. Nothing like it.

Went to Contessa for a bachelorette brunch & it was truly wonderful. Absolutely delicious food (highly recommend the carciofi, smoked salmon carpaccio & olive oil gelato). The service was attentive and welcoming, and they made it a very special experience!
