Coreanos bowl is average, pretty mildly flavored rice, only the beef has some flavor to it. If you want some protein, it's ok for that. It would be good if there was some spice to it, like levels of spice we can pick, for those who would like more flavor.

We came there 20 minutes before closing but they served us quickly with take out service. The dumplings were really great, the best I've ever tried. I'm a vegetarian so I ordered teokbokki because there weren't any fish cakes in it but we tasted a strong fish flavour so I assumed there was fish sauce inside, but not mentioned in the menu. I didn't ask for it, so it's partially my bad. But a vegan/vegetarian sign next to the dishes would be appreciated! Service fast and efficient

Big portions, quick service, friendly staff, and I appreciate a free side of miso soup. But the food was really mediocre and pretty pricey for the quality ($17 before tax and tip I believe). I got the beef bibimbap bowl and the meat was overcooked and the dish was pretty flavorless. Yes you could add hot sauce to it but it should have flavor on its own.

Most overrated restaurant in the area. The portions are big, but it doesn’t matter because it’s all soggy and bland. The chicken poppers taste like an elementary school lunch. It works for a greasy meal after a night out, but there are better options in the area

Love the family-run feel of this place. Great Mexican-Korean fusion tacos and quesadillas, as well as really good Bibimbap and Wings!

Service was quick and food quality are quite good for the price you paid.

Food portion are huge, we ordered the Kimchi fried rice, Bibimbap and the taco. We still can't finish it with three people.

We did dine in but the place was packed, we had to wait for people to leave before we can dine in
I highly recommend ordering takeout since the restaurant is small.

The BEST hole in the wall restaurant in Allston. Korean flavors with fusion "Mexican" food ideas. Delicious. The staff/owners were also so incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a nice place to sit and eat in peace.

I got the Kimchi fried rice and the kimchi fries. I don’t know what I was thinking because it was way too much food for one person, but that’s on me.

The kimchi fried rice was fine. I’ve had much better in Chinatown, but some kimchi fried rice is better than no kimchi fried rice. I did not care for the fries at all, but that’s because I don’t like mayonnaise and I guess I didn’t read the description well enough to clock that they’d be drowning in them.

The reason I’m giving this restaurant three stars and not four is because throughout my meal I kept having to sway away (and actually killing two) fruit flies that were buzzing around. I don’t usually take into account atmosphere when judging a restaurant but it made me feel pretty dodgy about the whole experience.

Overall I was pretty whelmed.

Vegetarian options: All dishes come with a choice of protein, of which tofu is an option. The tofu is not fried, just regular mostly uncooked tofu. Like everything I ate it was fine, but nothing to write home about.

Service was quick and friendly! I highly recommend ordering takeout since the restaurant is small.
The yangyum sauce was great - just like how I’ve had it in South Korea - sticky and sweet.
My husband had a small bone-in order of wings with the spicy soy. He really enjoyed it but could have tolerated more spice.

I’ll definitely come back to order some of their other food to take home!!

I ordered tteokbokki with vegetable dumplings. It is sweet and not very spicy. I appreciate that they added a lot of vegetables in their tteokbokki. There was no fish cake, which was unusual, but I guess it was replaced with kimmari.
