We just left Corrib Pub. The food and service were amazing! We are heading to the Bruins game. We drove in from out of town and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service. The fish and chips were outstanding. We are simply grateful!

Best Irish Pub in the City ,in my humble opinion !Terrific owners who are so engaged in the Community for many Organizations.Food is real Home Cooking & their Specials for Lunch & Dinner are a Great Value ! The Cooking Staff really flexes their muscles on a Daily basis with a wide variety of appetizers, soups ,chowders and salads.Main Menu is marked with Traditional Irish Favorites as well as American fare & you'll find something fror everyone to treat your taste buds .Don't forget the Fresh Seafood which is delivered daily. You'll never be disappointed with those choices either.Culinary Staff,Waitstaff & Bar staff are very cordial &will attend to your every need !If ya haven't been, GET THERE !?☘?

I visited the restaurant while I was in the area for the first time.I was looking for a good French onion soup, scallops of some type for dinner. The reviews looked good so I gave it a shot.I ordered my food for takeout and it was ready in very short time.I arrived to discover that parking is a little tricky. There's no parking area for the restaurant that I could find and very little along the street. They did have a safe "drop off" area by the front which looks like it would be handy with a group. But someone is walking from the car and back. The place looks good from the outside and the inside is no different. Clean, well laid out and a very comfortable vibe. The staff was very polite and on point. The whole place and personnel made me feel welcomed.Monday night around 6 and not a lot of people inside.I ordered their cheese sticks, made in house. Not bad, not great. Different. The marinara had a strong, overpowered flavor that I couldn't put my finger on. Together they were OK.The French onion soup didn't do it for me. I prefer whole pieces of bread, not tiny pieces. There was too much wine (I think champagne works better) and not enough heavy beef fat or Worcestershire. Onions were too crunchy. The fried clams were absolutely delicious. Fried to perfection, a big portion, well cleaned with a big slice of lemon. One of my highlights!I also got broiled scallops, done the same way I prepare them at home. They were cooked to perfection, the portion was excellent. Broiled in butter, garlic (I like more), lemon, wine and crumbs. I hit the lottery with this selection.I had mashed and carrots.I will definitely go back. I bet the steaks are awesome.I recommend it.

As an Irish person visiting Boston I am ashamed that this establishment is using our country’s name and heritage to sell food and alcohol. We arrived as a party of 6 and a little baby, 2 of the 6 were running behind by a few minutes. The owner/manager refused to seat us and the baby until the final 2 had arrived. Thus keeping the baby unsettled and uncomfortable until we sat down.Maybe this is some sort of protocol or rule with this over here, but as Irish people we are utterly stunned by this unfriendly behaviour. Maybe this is the way that the modern world is going, but we won’t be returning to this ‘Irish’ bar any time soon.

My father's mother was brought up in that area years ago. Wife and I loved it. Faulkner was her maiden name.
