Ordered a simple Chicken Caesar salad from here through a delivery app which should of been fine but brown wilted lettuce throughout the dish made me sick. I mean come on, brown ice berg lettuce? What should of been an easy salad to make with fresh ingredients was a mess and I would skip this place if you had any type of sense and go to the next cafe...no wonder most of their locations are closing down!

My favorite place to get a salad! I go to the one on High street in Boston and the staff and managers are fantastic! I go 3 times a week!

Lately, service has improved. Most staff greet me pleasantly, and I can be in and out with my soup and salad in just a few minutes. The Cosi Card program provides lots of bonuses, like free drinks and discounts. Plus, their bread is always fresh and delicious. I was bummed to find them closed today (a weekday) inexplicably. I hope this location has not shut down.

Just kind of blah. Ok, clean food, but nothing amazing or above average. Had a buffalo chicken sandwich, couldn't taste the buffalo sauce and not even a twinge of heat. Chicken soup is flat and thin. Decent amount of "stuff" but boring. This is three for three lackluster visits. Time to remove them from the list of lunch options.

What happened to the Squagels? Everything went bagel post 2017. The bagels are ok, but the Squagel is really where it was at. Please bring them back.
Weird grilled cheese -Â what is going on with their bread??? Complete garbage. Decently mediocre tomato soup. Would not return.

Small seating area inside, but you can sit outside. The employees are very nice and friendly and efficient. I had breakfast there and the wait time was very short. They make good espressos.

I am a long time fan of Cosi and have been a patron of this location for 10+ years when I visit our Boston office. I was disappointed when I approached the counter this AM to see they had switched from square to round bagels. I thought the shape shouldn't matter and taste should be the same....boy was I wrong! It was stale and hard (I like them untoasted as they are usually fresh and soft). It was not the fresh tasting squagles I am used to getting. So disappointed that Cosi changed one of my favorite items to order.
