The busser just needs a little training. I get you want to turn the table but she should not be grabbing cups out of peoples hands without saying a word at all or asking if you’re done. It’s weird and rude. The server for example came by after that and asked if we needed anything else, when we said no, she communicated that they were busy and needed the table. Cool we get it. Thanks for communicating. We left right after she told us that. I would give 4.5 if I could. Everyone else was nice, food was good and came out fast! I would def go again.

Burgers were delicious!! very busy restaurant. The hot honey chicken fries were extremely hot and didn't have the sweet balance to them.

Wasn't as good as I expected. Long wait. Server was not helpful but yet charged gratuity.

I enjoyed the dessert so much more than I expected. That was definitely the best leche cake I’ve ever had here. Needless to say, burger and chicken wings were solid choice. I loved the Make it Spicy Fries. The place was cool but kind of suffocating for me when it’s busy and the service is okay. Nothing fancy except for that cake!! MUST try

If possible I would have given this spot a 4.5 stars. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was tasty and well portioned. The Oreo milkshake was very good but nothing special. The chicken bomb fries were okay; the cheese wouldn’t be my first choice and the chicken was lacking seasoning but cooked well. Overall; a nice spot with solid food. On the pricey side for a burger restaurant, especially given that they don’t come with fries.

Great place to try out for the first time me and my friend ace traveled all the way from the 401 to try the food an I will not lie it was amazing buns burgers sauce cheese everything was A1 loaded fry’s 10/10 a lil hot but not too hot and the hostess great please I got there name. Laura , and ronna (hopefully I’m not mistaken ) thank you guys for makin this experience one of a kind ❤️

Definitely one of the best burgers I have tried ,not only in Boston !

Juicy, great portions and the French fries are really home made.
I would just add a little bit more wetness to the bun, but that depends on each one.

All in all an unforgettable experience with a stunning view of the Newbury street.

I ordered a burger for delivery. I ordered about 1 hour before closing, so maybe they didn’t want to deal with making a burger at that time?

They gave my driver two milkshakes. I showed my driver my phone and I pointed out I ordered a burger, and asked if he perhaps is handing me someone else’s order. He told me he also pointed this out to them, but they insisted my order asked for milkshakes.

On his phone my order said burger, on my phone my order said burger, and on the receipt it said burger, but they refused to give him anything but milkshakes.

I noticed this is a trend if I order from restaurants at night or 1-2 hours before closing, so I decided to call them out every time they do this, so you can also make informed decisions. Maybe their in person service is better, but I won’t be ordering delivery from them again.

They forgot my drink I ordered the peanut butter slide was hoping for that but I was disappointed this is my first time ordering and they of course my luck forget something.
