The ice cream here is amazing in terms of both flavor and amount for its price. The customer service is also stellar; it was our first time there, and they were super helpful in explaining the different sizes. We ordered a kiddie, and the staff offered to split the two flavors into 2 smaller cups, which was super helpful. Both the Mississippi mud and graham central had so many people toppings like nuts and chocolate stuff too!
I went to the Boston Market location today- I had The best customer service-the gentleman that helped me was polite, efficient and so pleasant. I love the icecream but the customer service was outstanding!!! He deserves the recognition!!!
If you want creamy, incredible tasting ice cream in Boston, this is your place. We arrived around 6:30/7:00 pm and the public market was pretty empty (perfect for us after a day of sight seeing in the city). The young man working the counter was SO helpful and friendly. Be aware that the portions are GIGANTIC (thankfully, the man working told us that). There were so many flavors to choose from and the ice cream was delicious! Make this a stop on your next trip!
