Not only is the food fantastic the customer service is even better. I ordered food to be delivered and unfortunately the door dash driver stole it. I called the crush location in east Boston and Relinda at the location made it her priority to make it right on my behalf and truly went above and beyond to make it up to me. Instead of me having to call DoorDash and get it figured out she took it upon herself to call and get it squared away for me. Most places will have you as the customer deal with it on your own but relinda went above and beyond to get it handled and I can’t thank them enough for the level of service they provided. I will continue to be a loyal customer to them not only for the great food but the hospitality provided! Thank you relinda and thank you crush!

I placed a large order and all I wanted was extra tomato sauce which door dash says to call in for customizations. The female cashier said she couldnt hear me so I called again which made me think my phone was not working. So i called from my wifes phone and she did the same thing. She pretended that she could not hear me so she could close the phone. I called a second time on my wifes phone and she blatantly hung up. Great pizza but horrible staff.

Buyer beware of cold pizza.
Crush creates a 5 star pizza but doesn’t appear to care what temperature the pizza is when customers pick it up.
Tonight I ordered a pizza for pick up through their ordering platform, Toast.
Upon placing the order at approximately 6:45PM, and was informed that the pizza will be ready at 7:35 PM. That’s 50 minutes for a cheese pizza. How can that be?
I guessed that it wouldn’t take them 50 minutes to make a cheese pizza on a rainy Thursday night. So I went early to pick it up. I arrived at 7:15. The pizza was ready and had been ready for some period of time because it was not hot.
My brother runs a restaurant in Boston and uses the same ordering platform, Toast, but lets his customers know - automatically through Toast - when their order is ready.
Good luck with your cold pizza.

Me and my gf came here for the first time. Never been before probably because its location is just so easy to drive by considering it’s at a major intersection. Anyway, we got the caprese sandwich, chicken caesar salad sub and truffle fries. Literally, everything was amazing. They know how to do bread here. It’s was cooked perfectly, not soggy, not hard and burnt, ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Fries were perfect as well, not soggy, not too crispy, literally just right. Service was quick, the team in there was friendly, got us everything we needed, like idk what else to say. Go here and enjoy, it’s fire.

They never answer the phones I’ve went there 3 times because they refuse to pick up the phone so I can place an order
Usually never have a problem here, I got a sub after not having it for a while and when I bit into it there was a piece of plastic I was chewing , totally unacceptable, not happy at all, there shouldn’t be any plastic consumed, I did in fact call the store and got put on a hold and call got disconnected afterwards.

Not good pizza at all. Staff was friendly. It appeals to some people, given the positive reviews on here, but we didn't care for it at all. It reminded us of a frozen pizza.

Restaurantji Recommends
They advertised NY style pizza. If you bought a frozen pizza in Brooklyn, and heated it up and ate it, I guess you could say that was accurate. Not very good at all. Nothing wrong with the service or anything about the restaurant, but the pizza simply wasn't very good.
15 points!!! All 5 stars across the board, and better yet, they do way more than just pizza. I could feel it in my soul, definitely a place to return to.

We were so excited to try this place out because of the reviews we saw online. The pizza looked great but from first bite we could tell something was off. We peeled the cheese of and it literally looks like they cook the dough first, basically turn it into a loaf of bread, and then put sauce and cheese on top. We could not get past how bad the dough was and ultimately threw this $26 cheese pizza in the trash.

This was our first time but not our last! Wow! The Sicilian pepperoni pizza was divine! The crust is out of this world good! I loved the pork face pizza just wish it was on the thicker crust. That way next time?? The bourbon bbq wings were very yummy. So glad we came here, we now have another favorite pizza place!
