Complete rubbish and scoop....
Poor service and very average food. Entertainment is not what it used to be. Overall , I am not going there again.
We bought tickets for New Year 2020 celebration. The place was nicely decorated and had a live band. Going to this restaurant for New Year venue for the last few years, I have noticed that the food is getting worse in quality and music luck a good mixture of songs. It would be nice for all guests with different backgrounds to listen some mixture of international music rather than only typical Russian songs.
Called to inquire about possibly booking a date but wanted to know how parking was. Customer service on the phone was horrible as I was hung up on when trying to get information.
The parking situation is a MESS, the ladies bathroom is really small, there was only one BARTENDER at each bar. Mind you the event that I attended brought out about 200 to 250 ppl. The AC wasn't working, and the staff look like they didn't want to be there... wont be going back

Purchased 150.00 per person New Year's tickets snd found food mediocre at best.
Great space
It was fair, more if a basement ballroom... The gunshots fired outside kept us on lockdown after the event.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Crystal, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of the food there. I had much worse experience a few years ago there. Good job this time, guys ! We had a wonderful time, thank you!
Best Russian Restaurant in Boston! Quality food and the best service. Servers are always neat and polite, food is hot and in big portions - just like home! Thank you guys. Hope you will reopen for Fridays.
Awesome place! Loved to come here on a Friday, but now they are open to functions only. Still book them for my major events. Had my parents' anniversary celebrated here. Recommended!
I love Crystal for multiple reasons: the food mostly, the music, and the clientele. It's quite upscale so the ladies are often in heels and men in business casual attire. The music is great - starts from slow music and then grows into dancing fun music. I never had any issues with the service - always good and on time.
