Been a customer for years and shocked at the service received this time around. Placed cupcake order for my daughter (with severe allergies) birthday party tomorrow. Had them planned to be delivered to my mom’s work like we had done previously many times. Never showed. Called at 4 pm to check in on why that is,and was told there was no order and nothing could be done to help. My card was charged. Still panicking on my night shift on how I’ll come up with 6 dozen cupcakes before noon. Not a single care on the other end after explaining that. Will not be using again and looking for a more reliable allergy friendly bakery. Going to add now looking at that reply clearly this isn’t an establishment to go to. I called them at 4 pm looking to clarify this situation and they close at 7 pm. They are trying to make it look like I did not tell the truth but I ordered 6 mini dozen cupcakes and a half dozen regular sized cupcakes which totaled $168. I never called looking for Sunday delivery, I looked for someone to correct their wrong. I called 3 hours prior to close if your website is kept up to date. I whipped together mini cupcakes in the time getting out of work to my reply so I highly doubt that it was no doable on your end. I was never asked to provide proof of purchase, just told your employees can’t work Sunday which I never asked lol. I’m so sorry to any customers who support a nasty owner like this instead of admitting that mistakes can happen and helping a child celebrate their party. Karma comes around full circle.

Marked my order as delivered when they hadn’t even attempted to deliver it. Followed up several times to try get the order delivered with poor response and then eventually delivered mouldy cupcakes without any notification. Terrible customer service and disappointing for what was supposed to be a lovely birthday surprise

We had a terrific experience ordering from Cupcake Therapy! Shironda thoughtfully answered all of my ingredient questions as we had a guest with multiple uncommon food allergies. Phone might be the easiest way to quickly reach Cupcake Therapy for any logistical questions. Delivery was prompt and the mini-cupcakes were delicious. Would order again and recommend to friends/family!

Amazing cupcakes and service! Ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s bday. The latest delivery time was 2pm so I requested delivery as late as possible so they wouldn’t be sitting all day at the reception desk. What a pleasant surprise when they were delivered at 7pm, just as she got home. The cupcakes were loved by all at the party. Highly recommended!

Genuinely so good. I’ve ordered twice and I have yet to be disappointed. I’ve also tried so many vegan cupcakes in the Boston area and these are by far my go to! The service is extremely great as well

I usually don’t write reviews based off of one experience, HOWEVER, I just received my order and had to share my thoughts! I ordered 12 different flavors of gluten free, vegan cupcakes (I have an egg and gluten allergy). They were delivered to my door on time and beautifully decorated. I cut a piece off of every cupcake to sample (yes, I ate what probably amounted to 4 cupcakes in one sitting💪). If you’ve ever had a gluten free or egg free baked good, you know the density and moisture levels can be way off. A baked good that’s both gluten free and egg free is even more at risk, but these cupcakes had a good texture and weren’t dry. Flavors were good too and not overly sweet— i recommend a cupcake with lemon or strawberry frosting and strawberry filling! 🤤🤍

I ordered 4x dozen mini cupcakes for a college event and it was a huge hit! All students love them and honestly it was the best cupcake I had in the Boston area! All cupcakes look like they were made with care and love. Their customer service was amazing and they were on time with the delivery window they gave us. Will definitely order again!

My family surprised me with a delivery of a dozen of their vegan cupcakes, and they were the best cupcakes I've ever had (vegan or not)! Not only was the icing delicious and generous, but many of the cake portions contained surprises, like the cookies and cream one having Oreos inside the batter! Can't wait to order again :)
