The food was very good, but the AC was out and it was too hot and the restaurant did nothing to warn us or use fans to circulate air. I'm sure the staff was as miserable as us...
Overall we had a good experience at BASILE. The atmosphere was great and so was the food. The one thing that we were slightly disappointed with was the service. There were only about 3-4 other parties dining at the same time as us, and our waiter was not very attentive. We never got water refills and our drink menu was taken away. When we asked to have it back, he never brought it back, and we had to ask another server. The food itself was great. We both got the surf and turf....
Great service, food came out quickly. Everything was delicious! I got the bone in rib-eye and it was one of the best steaks I've had in awhile! Also the crème brûlée for dessert is top tier!
