I visited the Dedham location recently. Sue D, was very patient and made sure she repeated my order back to me, She was very friendly & courteous. Our subs were Great!!!

The tuna pocket was great and was what we ordered (on-line). I would definitely get again. The large Thanksgiving sub tasted good but was missing mayo (I had ordered extra). When I got home I also discovered that the gravy was missing and I didn't want to drive 15 minutes back to the shop to get it. The sub had plenty of stuffing and turkey but could have used more cranberry sauce.

Great papa melts! Meatball is delicious.

Would not be new england without em.

Food is hit or miss at times. They take forever to deliver. The delivery driver does not pay attention to the numbers on the houses.

Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I would reccommend this location to all my friends if service is like that all the time. For a quick solution to lunch/dinner this was a very good choice for my picky family.

Food was made terribly even worse service. I will not be going back. If I could give a half a star or no 🌟 I would have.

Always clean and speedy service. And the staff is always pleasant and upbeat. Food is always good and hot and well prepared. Quality franchise in the chain. Love this place

These people, had the nerve to tell me that they couldn't make a grilled cheese sandwich, when all they had to do was grill a piece of bread and put cheese into it but they said they couldn't do that so, They're pretty much retarded. Now as I left I realize I didn't have my orange juice that I ordered and I went back in and he was waiting for me on a chair to see if I was going to go back and get it or if I was going to and leave it after I had paid for it, then he got up at got my juice telling me that if I hadn't came back he would've had juice for the morning (a joke I hope😡). Hated this experience
