I like to support local businesses but I was underwhelmed with this bakery. Slow service, somewhat expensive, communication barrier, and one of the persons helping there seemed annoyed and in a hurry.

We bought a strawberry shortcake for our birthday. The service was very good as we were greeted probably by the owner lady and she seemed very welcoming towards us. The cake itself was extremely good as well.

We absolutely loved working with this bakery for our wedding sweets! They provided delicious and beautifully designed Brazilian sweets that were a perfect addition to our dessert table. Our guests couldn't stop raving about them! The bakery was also great to coordinate with, handling the drop-off directly with the venue, which made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend for any special event!

Do not recommend ordering for delivery through a 3rd party. They waited 2 hours, confirmed our order thru the app, then immediately called to admit they could not fulfill the order as they didn’t have the item we ordered available (false advertisement). We then spent hours in dispute with the app for a simple refund on the order this store couldn’t deliver, because they fraudulently confirmed the order online knowing they could not fulfill it. I would take your business somewhere more trustworthy. It is absolutely not worth the hassle, and I don’t even have to try their pastries to decide so.

I highly recommend this small business bakery! Miss Wanda recently made a firetruck-themed birthday cake and cupcakes for our son's 3rd birthday party and they were a hit! Plus their everyday pastries are delicious - I buy some for my coworkers all the time and they love them!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming! I order muffins for my son’s breakfast/graduation. The muffins were amazing everyone ate them and enjoyed them. Will definitely be coming back here

Honestly was contacting them for a third chance u guess third times the charm right?! I wanted two themed cakes and some cup cakes. The girl who takes the order I believe her name was Maria or Marie unfortunately has very poor customer service etiquette. On my daughter first birthday the $500 cake wasn’t what I had asked for. The Minnie Mouse face was crooked and just as if my teen daughter had made it they did fix it making me wait an additional 30 min on my daughter bday. Not offering any discounts at all. Second time there were some minor complications and this time. Ordering over $1000 for two cakes and cupcakes this young lady very rudely states we no longer take food stamps for the past 6 months so you have to pay on credit card or cash and we need half deposit immediately so you don’t cancel. I felt the way she was stating this was not only discriminating but very rude. No one had mentioned paying with a ebt card so it was a very bad experience I immediately told her to forget about it and hung the phone up. If you have a choice go elsewhere and the taste of last cake wasn’t up to par either cake tasted like it was stale and everyone at party had to bring it up which they were disgusted I paid over 500 for each cake. Don’t go here service is rude and taste well not that good at all. Look at all the other low reviews stating same experience with staff and quality of cakes.
