I ordered from this outlet for the second time and I had the same issue. Very horrible experience. The uber drivers reached the place and kept cancelling and never delivered the order. One uber driver finally called when he reached the outlet and said that my order has been picked up by someone else but that never happened on my uber app. So I told the uber driver to hand the phone to the restaurant because the restaurant never picks up directly. First the employee wasn't ready to listen at all but when I somehow told him the full scenario he told me to place another order. I asked him to repeat the same order because why would I pay for the second time when I didn't even get my order for the first time. He said he cannot do that and hung up without any further conversation. Just hung up on my face.

Great chicken tenders and sandwiches. Portion is very big and the flavor is very seasoned well. Highly recommend Dave’s hot chicken! Shout out to Laika for the great customer service.
I tried Dave’s Hot Chicken sliders which is flavorful and satisfying. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, Dave’s sauce add the perfect tangy balance. Spice levels are legit, so you actually taste both heat and flavor. Portions are big for ‘sliders’ and overall quality feels more premium than typical fast food. worth it if you love good hot chicken.

Worst Experience. We had a pickup order at Deves Hot Chicken, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the staff refused to open the door or even ask what the issue was. I understand we were late to pick up our order, but at the very least, they could have come out to speak with us or clarified the situation. Good customer service means communicating with customers, even when there’s a delay or mistake
