Delightful experience from start to finish. Had reservations to celebrate and dine. The filet mignon was cooked as requested with a gorgeous sear. The veal tenderloin with the gnocchi were savory. The service was impeccable. The dessert was spot on to celebrate the occasion, perfectly executed. (I cannot lie, I tapped my heels together with every bite of food.) Cannot wait to have another reason to celebrate and dine.

Great late lunch/early dinner before the restaurant gets super busy with the evening holiday crowds. Ate at the bar in comfortable chairs. No reservation needed (but called first). Staff was perfectly attentive despite busy setup work for the evening rush.
App: famous steak spring rolls. Fresh pasta bolognese and a juicy, well-seasoned chicken thigh with mashed, lightly sauced w/a good portion of fresh asparagus (was a swap for the brussels). Portions were just right for lunch. Add on 4 top-shelf cocktails and w/gratuity you'll be in the $150 ballpark.
One tip: for a savings order off the lunch specials (you'll get 3 courses) -- soup (2 choices), entre (2 choices; or a third swordfish option w/a bump $), dessert (one choice).

The atmosphere was great, and the food was decent. But I’m curious—does Davio’s expect diners to flag down servers to place orders? Or was it just my experience? That seems pretty unusual for restaurants in the U.S.

I’ve been to Davio’s twice. Both times, my guests and I were seated, given water and bread, and then…nothing. During my first visit, we sat there for over 30 minutes without anyone checking in. The second time, we waited over 20 minutes while servers walked past our table several times but never stopped.

We ended up having to wave someone down to place our orders both times, which really caught me off guard. I’m wondering if that’s just how things work there or if we were just unlucky.

I am allergic to shellfish so am always a bit anxious when I dine out.

The staff immediately put me at ease. It was clear that I was a priority at every touch point for my meal.

We just enjoyed a great Thanksgiving meal at Davios Seaport Boston. The food and waitstaff were outstanding! However, when we were about to finish dinner at 2:45pm, they turned the music on quite loudly and absolutely ruined what was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. And it wasn’t holiday season music, but rather some type of dance type music! Here’s hoping that someone from the restaurant reads this review and makes a change. Lastly, the average age of the customer was not exactly 30 or even 40 something, but more like 50-60 range.

Extraordinary experience at Davio's in Seaport! The service was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Celiac friendly (even some desserts)! The steak was cooked to perfection and extremely tender. The ambience of the restaurant was classy and warm. We can't wait to come back!

The views here are fantastic. We ate upstairs and had a lovely time. The seafood tower up front with a taste of a few deserts to finish. The steak was cooked perfectly and the little ones (kids) at our table loved the spaghetti and meatball (parents did too). Don't pass on the appetizers or the sides. Everything at Davios is good good good! Thank you to the great staff here.

Beautiful restaurant, drinks were good, Cesar salad made at the table side was great, filet mignon steak was good and the sweet cake for desert was delicious, however the sole was salty and dry $70 and the turkey was dry $85, btw the waitress was given this info when she asked how was the dinner. I will never eat at this place again - not for $400
