Second visit to this fine establishment brought both times by a local. Each of my visits have been memorable due to the fun quirky and lively crowd with delicious food and drink. The chef and the bartenders all deserve shoutouts. The whiskey sour was perfectly sharp and refreshing.

Great Back Bay neighborhood spot. It's popular and will likely be busy for dinner. The food & service are both excellent! The interior is fun with album covers & holiday lights. Definitely recommend if in the area.

Disappointing experience at Delux Cafe. The margarita tasted like marg mix, and the Moscow mule was flat. When I politely sent it back, the staff seemed offended.
Service was minimal just took our order and delivered it. The place was understaffed for how busy it was.
The real issue was after paying our tab, the host chased us down across the street to interrogate us about why we didn't tip them. Claimed their manager requires this.
Really odd situation. Still not sure if this is something management requires of them. Or if this was someone who felt entitled to something they hadn't earned.
