My wife and I are foodies and have been so lucky as to travel a lot and to dine at many Michelin Stared restaurants. Deuxave ranks right up with the best of them. The food is the star of the show: highly creative dishes, but all towards making the dish perfect--not just for show. Staff were great, we were on a timeline and they provided great service and guidance on ordering to help keep us on schedule. The Somm was friendly and knowledgeable and our wine was excellent.
This was our first trip to Deuxave. The Lobster gnocchi appetizer was excellent. The main courses didn't live up to our expectations. We felt the meal wasn't worth the price.
The scallops were very salty. The carpacio was excellent. Duck confit was excellent, but duck breast was just ok.
Our waiter was amazing , and he delivered an equally amazing meal. I am a tough customer with food allergies and they worked out fantastic options . Best restaurant I have been to in Boston!
Honestly, a big disappointment. The food is way too dressed up but with no real flavor — nothing extraordinary at all. Prices are outrageously high for what you get, and the portions are ridiculously small. This is not a fine dining, white-tablecloth restaurant, and there's nothing special about it. Honestly, don't waste your time or money.
Everything was perfect. However, the music could be quieter. Sometimes it's hard to talk over the music.
One of the best fancy night out spots in the city. Perfect for a date or a special occasion.
Whether you get a burger with a half bottle of burgundy at the bar or duck with a whole bottle of burgundy on the patio, it's a great experience!
Food and service were excellent. We sat outside since we were dressed for the RedSox. Enjoyed a delicious bottle of wine with 4 appetizers! The foi gras and duck confit were outstanding! Followed up with the summer salad and lobster gnocchi. Highly recommend!
We had dined here several times years ago and were impressed. Today I went for a special occasion and was disappointed with the service. We got the tasting menu. The server didn’t tell us what dishes were included as we had indicated we were opting for this in our reservation. The dishes were not explained. It was more of an here you go. Wine pairings were lackluster and again without explanation. They served food when my husband was in the bathroom, brought wine after food had been served, took the check while we were seated and didn’t get our coat check items. In fact they brought one of our items to another couple initially. The food was prepared well but it was not innovative. At this price point there are many better options.

Wow! What a wonderful special occasion experience. Beautifully crafted dishes and attentive (but not hovering) service. Staff worked together seamlessly. Dock confit appetizer was complex and balanced. Every bite could be different. French onion soup was so rich and beefy. The lobster gnocchi appetizer was a true surprise and the flavors shined. We were stuffed and couldn't do dessert...but the closing bites were still worth it. An orange meringue that had us both taken aback because it was so delicious. The cinnamon berry cake had a perfect balance. They were soooo attentive to allergies. We are so grateful. Loved every minute.
Trevor and Darren were incredible!

This restaurant has to be one of my new favorites of all time. Walking in immediately everything about the atmosphere, design, and the smells made me assured in the choice of eating here. I got the duck with figs stuffed with foie gras mouses, absolutely exquisite. The savory sweet tangy mixture was outstanding I was practically scarfing it down. The service and wait times were great considering how busy they were. Even though it was busy the noise never got too loud it didn’t feel like I had to yell at the person I was eating with. Overall 10/10 I will be going often.
