The carrots have a weird almost perfumey seasoned blend on them. My sweet potatoes weren't fully baked. It's hard to get fully baked roasted food in a short time period to go but they were crunchy ?

Terrible, I had a piece of rubber in my lunch bowl from Dig. Dangerous for your health to eat here, very worried if there were smaller pieces, which I didn’t notice and ate. It’s a shame. Stay away from this place.

One of the guys helps me choose my lunch , I chose the rice base, Mac and cheese, broccoli with the fried chicken. Everything was really good and on point. Service was good and atmosphere was nice and quiet for me.. nice sounds coming out of the ceiling speakers. Definitely will recommend this DIG location.
I love the concept of picking your own bowl, it was super tasty and fresh!

The food was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The Uber delivery person was not the one in the photo. And nobody answered the phone at the location when I had a problem. Unacceptable service from a national chain.

Chicken was not thoroughly cooked inside, had to microwave it to eat, the salad had a nasty vinegar taste to it, yuk! The server was very rude and came off like he hated his job, I should have left immediately, but we haven't eaten in hours, we regret our decision big time.

I ordered from the Washington Street location today for a Corporate luncheon I had planned in Boston. The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone really enjoyed it, but that isn't the sole reason for my 5-star review. The level of customer service that I received today from the manager, Juan, and his employee, Alex, was absolutely out of this world! They were swift to correct an issue we had with our delivery driver, and ended up walking our order over to our location themselves. I have never received such thoughtful service from a restaurant. I can't say enough good things about this place! They truly care and want to help. Juan, the manager, had clear communication throughout, which really put my mind at ease and helped to minimize the impact to my luncheon. I will definitely be ordering from them for future events, and will be recommending them to others as well. I highly recommend you check them out for their fresh and flavorful dishes and their amazing TEAM!
