Would have given you guys a 5 Stars but you gave me a brownie dessert I ordered a lemon cake! (If you didn’t gave it call the customer and say that and give them an option to take off the bill but NO you give me something I didn’t ask for?! Not good customer service! This issue will make me not order from here AGAIN!??? But the chicken was delicious juice moist had a great I had a great char on it! The carrots, tasted fresh not mushy very good! The cheesy cauliflower was excellent cooked well and very satisfying seasoned just right. The herb rice was cooked perfect not over cooked and had great flavor complement the dish. The peach tea was good I like that it wasn’t over sweet just a hint of sweet. My order was stapled shut. Everything was properly packed.

“I had the most unpleasant experience at Dig in Boston. The staff was unbelievably rude and condescending just because I asked to use the restroom before placing an order. I was treated like a second-class citizen for a basic human need. The attitude and lack of respect were shocking and completely uncalled for. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. Plenty of other places in Boston treat customers with kindness and respect—this isn’t one of them.”

Its a veggie stop. Had Cashew and Kale Caesar salad OMG Tuscan and green kale Chashew Ceasar dressing was amazing location location location love being downtown. Boston!!

First time in Boston and this is our go to place as Vegans eating Whole Foods plant based. Crispy tofu is amazing, vegan ranch is top notch. Highly recommend

Been to this locations a few times as a local Bostonian. Usually not the cleanest. When going in for dinner employees are usually on their phones / reading books it often feels like as a customer we’re second priority.
Have heard the team yelling at each other and swearing. Placed an online order for some tofu and got to the store and asked for a quick side of the glaze / sauce that’s comes with the worker asked me to “show him my order of tofu” since they couldn’t give me a side and it needed to go on the tofu ? Like if every other sauce can come on the side what’s the different here ?
Rice has been crunchy and we’ve often gotten the last crumbs of Mac & cheese without interest in bringing a fresh hot batch out.
I feel like a constant inconvenience going to this location will definitely not be back anytime soon :(
The customer service is EXTREMELY better at the Copley Sq. Location — I think some notes can be taken if you want to build a better atmosphere to maintain returning customer retention.

The carrots have a weird almost perfumey seasoned blend on them. My sweet potatoes weren't fully baked. It's hard to get fully baked roasted food in a short time period to go but they were crunchy ?

Terrible, I had a piece of rubber in my lunch bowl from Dig. Dangerous for your health to eat here, very worried if there were smaller pieces, which I didn’t notice and ate. It’s a shame. Stay away from this place.
