Food was horrible and cold. Place was dirty. Staff were friendly. Never again. My plate was $19.00 and I couldn’t eat it. I was left hungry for the night which was very upsetting. I got food well before closing time and still the food was just horrible.

I have been a Seaport resident since 2018 and I have never received the level of customer service, attention to detail and overall care that I received from Scott at DIG. My food was promptly provided and the level of taste and satisfaction is unmatched. No other Heathy restaurants in the Seaport area can hold a match to DOG food and service. I am not impressed easily as I have never ever written a Seaport review but I would being doing DIG an injustice by NOT giving credit where credit is due. DIG employee Scott is a great assets to DIG for it is his professionalism that will bring me back with friends! Thank you for a great Wednesday lunch...see you soon.

We had such a great time at Dig! I love the food, and brought my family here. The entire staff was so wonderful, and Jorge was especially kind and helpful! Definitely my best Dig experience this far!

I would hate for anyone's first experience at a Dig to be at this location. Unfortunately the food was gross, a literal frozen unsliced half avocado, cold steak, and stale couscous (not exaggerating). I'm not sure if I was just unlucky with my timing despite being the only person in the restaurant, but this experience really made me question how the chain handles their food in the back.
The register person was kind enough and visibly embarrassed from having made me wait for 20 minutes, that I felt discouraged from returning the bowl back, and I unfortunately just threw it away after I couldn't bite through the frozen avocado.

Food is delicious, always fresh, & most importantly the best customer service. I had lunch there the other day. I went to go pay with cash, but the register was jammed. The manager came out to try to fix it, so I insisted that I can pay with my card, he told me I was all set that lunch was on him. The nicest guy, I really appreciate what he did & that made my day. Thank you guys
