Was very happy with the pizza here! The green monster was delish, the mozzarella and goat cheese combo with pesto and tomato was perfect. The pizza was thin, crispy, and warm. Also recommend the chicken parm pizza, especially if you drizzle some hot honey on it.
The cheese and pepperoni pizza were great and they can do it half and half. The margarita was a bit hard to eat since everything was sliding off but it tasted good overall

Ordered the Newbury sandwich and asked for extra lettuce and bacon. Didn't get any extra lettuce or baby spinach. The turkey breast and bacon were good, but it was just so much meat, and I really needed some other stuff to balance it out. Would recommend adding extra lettuce, pesto mayo, and tomato to anyone deciding to order the Newbury sandwich (assuming you like those ingredients), or you'll have a pretty heavy/dry sandwich. It tastes great. It's just very heavy. Still liked it, just didnt love it, the difference between 4 and 5 stars.

When I got extra cheese my pizza was A+. Then I tried to be healthy and get the regular amount of cheese and there was almost an inch of just sauce by the crust. The gluten free crust is very good though.

Best NY style pizza I’ve had outside of NYC. Crispy crust, cooked just right. Very small, casual, counter serve place with limited seating and fantastic pizza.
Exactly what you (me) want from thin crust pizza. The joint has a great vibe, excellent staff, and slices that rotate daily and take chances that pay off. and I say that as a New Yorker.

At Dirty Water Dough Company, we indulged in a delightful pizza feast. The small Margherita pizza had a fresh, simple flavor with just the right amount of basil. The large veggie pizza was packed with a variety of toppings, providing a hearty and satisfying bite. The veggie sandwich was a nice contrast, offering fresh ingredients and a well-balanced texture. The highlight was definitely the Garlic Cheesy Bread—crispy, cheesy, and flavorful, with a perfect kick of garlic. A great spot for pizza lovers!

We ordered Dirty Water Dough for delivery and it was bomb diggitty. They have a half and half option so we ordered half Aloha and half pepperoni.
The pizza arrived quick, hot and looking fineeeee. The crust was fantastic, minimal droop and maximum flavor. The Aloha was delicious, they used a lot of prosciutto instead of ham which was salty perfection to balance out the delicious pineapple. The pepperoni side was more than standard, big round slices and they did not skimp.
Would totally order again, please open up a location in Jersey City!
