Doña Habana Restaurant

Had arrozo pollo, beef empanadas, and pork belly. Loved the crispy pork belly but it needs something like a vinegar dipping sauce

It's in an out-of-the-way location, attached to a Hampton Inn, but don't let that fool you. Once you're inside it's all about Cuba. Interesting drinks, creative tapas, paella, and entrees, smiling servers, and lively Cuban music as a constant backdrop. Fun place if you haven't had the luck to visit Havana.

Very slow service. The waitresses do their best to serve all tables. Octopus was over cooked and hard to cut and eat. Definitely no coming back. Sorry.

Amazing service and the food was delicious. We had the empanadas and bowls with chicken, beef and shrimp. I would have loved to have some yellow rice added with some pineapples. Just my preference and the plantain bowls to be a little sweeter. We had the red snapper and lasagna. Drinks and desserts were amazing. We will definitely come back.

Cuban food is my daughter's favorite, so this was an easy choice for her birthday dinner. The food was great!

This restaurant has always been one of our favorites to celebrate special occasions at but this last time was awful. Menu has been cut down severely and quality of food is just not there anymore. Food was served cold and appetizers were stale. Real shame that we have nowhere to get genuine Cuban food in Boston. 

The food was so amazing we went back a second night. This restaurant should be packed nightly. The service was great! My family thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. Don't miss out. It's spectacular...

The food was fabulous, staff was knowledgeable about varying dietary restrictions. Service was great, music was loud but possible to converse over. Will be returning!

We always have a good time in Doña Habana. Good food, great atmosphere, and shows on Saturday. We love it.

Food was delicious. Our server only came to the table every 30/45 mins, we were at the restaurant for almost 4 hours.

It was my husband first time going it was way more than he expected loved the ambiance, food, music and staff AA++++++++

Our waiter Juan was so sweet. He made that either him or another person would always refill our water. The food was delicious and the drinks were yummy. Definitely a great place to celebrate an anniversary!

When my husband and I arrived at the restaurant, we were initially seated between other guests, which made us uncomfortable. We asked to be moved and ended up sitting at the bar instead. Unfortunately, it took about ten minutes before anyone approached us to take our drink order or check in.When our food arrived, we began eating without anyone checking on us. The server never asked how our meal was — not when it was served, nor while we were eating. In fact, my husband had to get her attention just to tell her the food was really good. Throughout our time there, she was mostly occupied with cleaning and wrapping up her shift, as it was nearing closing time.While I want to emphasize that the food was truly excellent — we were both very impressed by it — the customer service was extremely disappointing. We felt overlooked and unacknowledged as customers. No one checked to see if we were satisfied, and if we hadn't enjoyed our food, there would have been no opportunity to share that.This was not the experience we expected, especially at a restaurant that so many people had highly recommended. We were really looking forward to our date night, but the service left a lot to be desired. While the food gets a 10/10, the service gets a 0/10. I would not recommend sitting at the bar or dining in if customer service is something you value in your restaurant experience.

Best Cuban food in the city!!! The atmosphere is everything you can want for pictures/videos and celebrations. Staff provide good customer service and maintain enthusiasm despite how many times they sing happy birthday in 1 night. Gratuity is included most of the times which makes it easier to split the bill for groups that struggle to decide on the same gratuity rate. Location is Mass & Cass (iykyk) but there is parking so you can bypass the outside chaos.
