When my husband and I arrived at the restaurant, we were initially seated between other guests, which made us uncomfortable. We asked to be moved and ended up sitting at the bar instead. Unfortunately, it took about ten minutes before anyone approached us to take our drink order or check in.When our food arrived, we began eating without anyone checking on us. Best Cuban food in the city!!! The atmosphere is everything you can want for pictures/videos and celebrations. Staff provide good customer service and maintain enthusiasm despite how many times they sing happy birthday in 1 night. Gratuity is included most of the times which makes it easier to split the bill for groups that struggle to decide on the same gratuity rate. Location is Mass & Cass (iykyk) but there is parking so you can bypass the outside chaos.
