Today was the most annoying moment I ordered food then it said the driver was in my neighborhood I waited and waited for a call never got one my order was marked as delivered on app I tried to call store and no answer then I went to store I tried to ask if they can accommodate and give me two free drinks for me having to go pick up my food in an uber after I paid for delivery fees they were completely unprofessional and rude the man was giving alot of attitude it was a horrible experience good food but horrible customer service they shouldn’t even work there.

This franchise should have its license revoked, they aren't interested in providing any sort of customer service. Result of my last 2 orders:
1) Ordered a "pinpoint delivery" to the beach during the summer. The app said the order was delivered after I missed 1 call when running over to the location. I called for half an hour and the store never picked up. Eventually we ordered from another restaurant on our way home, only to find that they delivered to our house for some reason
2) Ordered on a snowy night and the delivery estimate was 35 minutes. Called after an hour and 15 minutes and the person at the store could only say "I have no idea when it will be delivered". Again, we had to order food from another restaurant and got the Domino's delivery after THREE hours

I submitted complaints for both of these orders and the store never followed up with me. Then I contacted corporate who again reached out to the store about these issues. Again, no contact from the store.

It could be that my opinion is impacted by the service, but the food also doesn't taste as good as other stores.

Took about 2 hours to deliver less than 1 mile and got the complete wrong order. Ordered two pizzas, got some nasty tater tots and chicken nuggets. Tried to call and the store hung up on me. App only offered 20% off next order.

I ordered food and asked to have a non contact order. I called after one and two hours and they said that they had tried to call me and left my food outside when they clearly didn’t visit. Do not order from here.

Everytime I order from here the pizza isn't cut all the way thru, the slices tear in half and it's a big mess. Also got parm bread bites, the box was literally dripping grease out the side. Thought it was just a bad day for them but I've been back twice since and everytime the pizza isn't cut correctly, and it's a greasy soggy mess. When you walk into the place the employees just look at you and then proceed to ignore you and talk to each other in Spanish. Probably one of the worst domino's locations in all of Massachusetts. Even if I'm starving, I won't be buying from any domino's locations ever again.

Delivery from here is a joke - it is a total gamble if you get your food or not. Customer service is nonexistent - they will hang up on you repeatedly for no reason. Believe all the other reviews.

Arrived at my hotel late— after other restaurants had closed. Hasn’t eaten dinner. Thought, well I can stay up a little later and wait for Domino's to deliver pizza. Stayed up until the app said my pizza had been delivered. No pizza came. Went to the hotel front desk to see if the pizza was there. They confirmed nothing has been delivered.
Called Domino's. Their phone was so bad I could barely understand what was said. Then they hung up on me. Called back and manger got on the phone. Said they would send over another pizza. It also never came.
Ended up eating Goldfish and Cheetos at 1:30am for dinner.
Wow. Never Dominos again

Just bought wings and redeemed a free pizza. Delivery said 30 minutes and the driver set it as delivered 4 minutes in, I went outside and no food. Also no one called me like they usually do. Called the restaurant multiple times they hung up. Order never got delivered!

My wife and I just had the worst experience probably of our lives at this establishment. It’s Halloween night and after a long day with the kids we decided to order delivery. Well… three items were either incorrect or poor quality, and one item was missing. I called the store to ask for the correct prder to be delivered. I was told there wasn’t a manager and to call back in the morning for a refund. After a little back and forth I was asked to hold for a manager… after a lengthy hold of at least 5 mins I was told she (the closing manager) was in the bathroom and would be with me soon… after another lengthy hold a woman came on but could not communicate with me over the phone. I told her I would just go there, even though we already paid for delivery bc we didn’t have a car at the moment, and she proceeded to hang up on me. When we arrived at the restaurant with our three year old as we couldn’t leave her home alone, the manager had nothing but an attitude and short answers, as if we did something wrong or were inconveniencing her from a mistake that her team made. She refused to remake the whole order and only remade what was wrong so we had to settle for cold products. The item that was forgotten was left on a table and when I told her what was left out she grabbed the old product and tossed it on the counter. When my wife asked her why she was aggressive and rude to us for a mistake they made she proceeded to argue with my wife and the confrontation escalated to the point the manager used vulgarity in front of our daughter and dismissed us from the store saying “have a good night” and “BYE!” repeatedly. When my wife asked for her name she responded that her name is “BYE”. We paid delivery to pick up our own order and had a very nasty and unprofessional experience with a memeber of the management team to top it off. We are shocked, appalled & disgusted & will escalate this because at no time should an employee of any company, especially a manager, engage in aggressive and vulgar confrontation with a paying customer especially when they have an issue. She gave me an attitude at the counter and waved me off when we were discussing replacing the food. Disgusting behavior overall.

I have loved the food around south Boston and appreciate most food service operations. However, This place regularly serves different portions of the food each time and it’s gotten ridiculous to the point I’ve had a pizza with only 2-3 pieces each of bacon and sausage….. but I’m paying a ridiculous amount for it. Though I can respect people giving different cultures a chance for a job there’s no reason for them to not be able to have a cohesive conversation on the phone about a messed up order and getting hung up on after they say hold on. It’s rude and unprofessional. I’m tired of spending my here . BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
