I WAS JUST CALLING FOR AN STATUS BECAUSE THE TRACKER SAID IT WAS DELIVERED SO I WAS LOOKING FOR MY FOOD. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND I HIGHLY ADVISE PATRONIZING A BUSINESS THAT RESPECTS YOUR MONEY. Order #30

Ordered a pizza to my hotel room. The delivery driver got lost, reported the pizza as delivered, then called me to find the hotel. Eventually he showed up, left the pizza at the front desk instead of bringing it to my room, and never informed me my pizza had arrived. The front desk clerk was kind enough to call me to let me know it showed up (cold now) and I had to go down to get it.When I called the store they said that their policy is to leave it at the front desk, then hung up on me.

Ordered through the app, should have been 30 min delivery. Instead our food sat in the "prep" stage for over an hour, no one answered at the restaurant when we called (on hold for 15 mins) and took another hour for delivery. Our order was wrong, and they won't mark the order as delivered so we can't report an issue in the app.

Ordered a deluxe pizza got delivered a cheese pizza with black olives on it. Was told they will make what I delivered correct and delivered never got it. They tried and give me the run around about refund. I will never order again from this place horrible service.

This particular franchise is a scam. Avoid at all cost. They will not deliver your pizza on time (if they deliver it at all) and will still charge you with no refund or credit. You will end up fighting the missing pizza charges via your credit card company. Not worth the hassle. Order

You know I was nervous with all the bad reviews but I needed lunch in a pinch. This place isn't bad, if all the bad reviews are due to the slow service maybe it's because the nice young lady who manages there was stuck working by herself taking the calls, making the pizzas, and doing the deliveries. Considering this girl was doing all this by herself she still managed to get me my pizza within 30 minutes of ordering.To the young lady who manages the shop: thank you so much for going above and beyond, You brought me a pizza in the middle of a snowstorm all while working by yourself. I find it unfortunate you had to work by yourself and struggle through the day alone but you deserve all the praise and a big bump up in pay for doing what you do. Thank you so very much ✌️

I ordered a pizza at 11 pm, by 2:30 am and 6 calls later pizza was finally arriving. But no. Driver saw it was a hotel and decided to drive away even though I was standing downstairs waiting for him. Claimed he delivered the pizza. Went to bed hungry. Asked for a refund by emailing and calling Domino's multiple times but never got one. In my book, this is officially the worst establishment on the planet. Will never buy a pizza from Domino's again.
