I honestly don’t understand how Domino's is still in business. When someone spends their hard-earned money—especially after hours of being hungry—the absolute bare minimum is to receive food that’s actually edible.
I ordered a plain cheese pizza. Nothing complicated. And yet what I received looked like it was thrown together in a rush with zero care, zero pride, and zero respect for the customer. This wasn’t food—it was an insult. Anyone with eyes can tell it was made without focus or effort.
I used to think the bad reviews were exaggerations or bots. They’re not. They’re warnings. ☆2.3☆ ??? If you’re considering ordering from Domino’s, don’t. Save your money and give it to businesses that actually respect what they serve instead of treating customers like trash and producing food that looks closer to dog food than a meal.
This company has mastered one thing: robbing people while making their hunger worse. Absolute shame. Ordering here is a regret, not a meal.

I ordered two times first time I ordered they canceled it after it went through the whole process going all the way through the tracker all the way to the quality control and it stayed there then they canceled it then I ordered again to see what will happen it was still open I went through they started preparing it then they canceled it and then when I try to call the first time it just kept going through saying please hold please hold please hold second time it says they're closed and hung up on me
viviana is the best worker ever! she made sure my night was made, she checked up on my constantly and made conversation :)! She was sooo kind and always had a smile on her face throughout the experience! thank you viviana :))))

I placed an online order approximately four hours ago and still have not received it.
There has been no delivery, no update, and no communication explaining the delay. This is unacceptable, especially for a standard delivery order.
Please investigate this immediately and let me know one of the following today:
1. The status and confirmed delivery time of my order, or
2. Confirmation that a full refund has been issued.
If you need the order number or additional details, let me know right away. I expect a prompt resolution.

Really bad experience to get a food in a place like that with people don't want to give ur food on time ,they don't take care for food if u paying ,if u eat from there it's because u didn't see how they made it

some pizzas are skimped on 1/2 of the time like chipotle and often forget garlic sauce for the crust. the one in downtown is better

I had one of the worst experiences with Domino’s recently. My pizza came burned, and to make it worse, they used the wrong sauce even though I clearly selected the right one when ordering. When I called to the store and even went back in person to get it fixed. Instead of handling it when I can professionally, they remade 1 pizza and literally threw it at me when I came to pick it up.
I’ve ordered from Domino’s many times before, but this kind of service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them shows a real lack of care for customers. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
