I’ve waited for over 30 minutes and my food still was not delivered. Very unsatisfactory. The time the order was prepped until it was finished was entirely too long then left the store for delivery at 10:43 p.m and it’s now 11:17 p.m. does not make any since.
I will never order in this store again been waiting for my food for one hour and 30 minutes and I’m calling the store for information and nobody pick up the phone. Really bad costumer service.

customer service is garbage, waited 2 hours for my order and the food wasn’t even good. i called over 10 times and was on hold for over 1 1/2 hrs. i’m very upset with the customer service and i will not be order from here ever again. Their employees don’t answer the phone and nod off instead of doing their job. 0/10, would not recommend ordering from this dominoes.

Bunch of thieves! I had ordered lunch for me and my colleagues from here. It costed me 36 dollars plus 5 dollar tip. They literally didn't deliver the food! The delivery guy just stopped 2 minutes away from my location and waited there for 45 minutes. It literally showed that he was stopping at a restaurant all the while. When I tried calling the store manager, he was screaming at me! And when I asked them to return my money, the app just showed that the food was delivered and that's it! Robbery in broad daylight. No one picked up the call after that. I tried the customer support at the dominos but in vain. Please do not order your food from these thieves.

This was the most horrible experience with Dominos I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and i only received one. I then called them for a refund or remake but i was put on hold for over 2+ hours probably due to the amount of phone calls they get over their bs service. I would petition Dominos to close this location down .
This place should get closed I placed a order last week my pizza box was smashed and the cheese was stick at the top of the box leaving the pizza without haft of the cheese i did not wanted to make a drama of it the pizza was smashed 3 days later ——-> ————————————-Update September 29 2024 Today I order again because I’m an idiot trusting this people after being screwed before I’m a truck driver and order for my kids delivery because I’m far and the app does not allow me to choose the store when it’s delivery …my order was stuck in preparation for 2 hours after 2hours 1/2 store calls me asking if I still want it of course I don’t want it 2 hours and 30 min after placing my order you are going to start preparing it hell no my kids are in bed for school already it’s 9:30 pm I ordered 6:56 pmthey had to eat hot dogs when they wanted pizza thanks to dominos

I placed an order at 4:15 p.m. and watched for 90 minutes as the tracker stayed at 'prep'. After an hour I tried to call to see if there was an update or a glitch. I was not able to get through to anyone for half an hour. Even though I ordered delivery, I decided to drive over as I couldn't get through to anyone. When I arrived they gave me the excuse that they were really busy. It was now 6 and I ordered at 4:15 so I doubt it was as busy then. I then asked if I could just pick up my pizza assuming it was done but not delivered and they told me they hadn't started it. No matter how busy you are there is no excuse for a pizza to not even be started after 90 minutes. Avoid ordering from here at all costs and if you can just drive the extra 10 minutes to the Quincy location... who was able to have my order done in 12 minutes. Seeing that this is a frequent issue this location should either look for a new management/owner or close down.

I always order delivery and as of right now I'm not happy with the service. Last time I ordered the store wouldn't even answer the call and the food came out poorly. I never even got a response about that complaint. This time, I received a message saying the food was on its way so I checked and it showed it was right down the street. I kept checking and checking and checking but they didn't move for a while. At some point I see them driving the opposite way from my location so I have no clue what's going on. They end up back at the store and I get my food way later than expected. This store just needs to close down if they can't do their jobs correctly.

When the delivery is on time, yes the pizza is always good. But I literally live less than 10mins away and my delivery is always more than an hour late! How is the delivery driver making a delivery in Dorchester BEFORE Mattapan? That’s backwards if you ask me.
