They gave my son the wrong pizza and it was burnt. I had to remove crust because it had a lot of garlic on it. When I called Jose was rude. He tried to tell me my pizza was right and when I tried to explain to him that he was wrong, he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up right away. I called back and spoke to Neifel (sp) who said Jose said I was talking back to him. I asked for a manager and he told me to call back on Sunday to speak to Jose manager and today is Friday. Jose needs customer service training or he needs to be fired. He’s a bad representative for the Domino’s franchise.

They always make my Parmesan bread bites just right pizza is ok I just like the bread and crust lol 😂 Amazing customer service also I’m in a wheelchair and they don’t have wheelchair access but the employees picked me up and helped me right in thank you super sweet

I have ordered from this location twice, both times they have change the tip and give themselves a larger tip, the first was an additional $10 and now this second time was an additional $5. Will be disputing this with my bank and will be reporting this location to corporate. Be very careful ordering from this location.

Driver had 2 orders one in franklin field and me on w selden. I'm 2 mins from store not only was my food late they forgot the salad. They then send a driver with the missing salad and no dressing and the driver says they don't have any😡the salad was the reason for the order. So disappointed in service tonight

I’ve waited for over 30 minutes and my food still was not delivered. Very unsatisfactory. The time the order was prepped until it was finished was entirely too long then left the store for delivery at 10:43 p.m and it’s now 11:17 p.m. does not make any since.
I will never order in this store again been waiting for my food for one hour and 30 minutes and I’m calling the store for information and nobody pick up the phone. Really bad costumer service.

Bunch of thieves! I had ordered lunch for me and my colleagues from here. It costed me 36 dollars plus 5 dollar tip. They literally didn't deliver the food! The delivery guy just stopped 2 minutes away from my location and waited there for 45 minutes. It literally showed that he was stopping at a restaurant all the while. When I tried calling the store manager, he was screaming at me! And when I asked them to return my money, the app just showed that the food was delivered and that's it! Robbery in broad daylight. No one picked up the call after that. I tried the customer support at the dominos but in vain. Please do not order your food from these thieves.

This was the most horrible experience with Dominos I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and i only received one. I then called them for a refund or remake but i was put on hold for over 2+ hours probably due to the amount of phone calls they get over their bs service. I would petition Dominos to close this location down .
